First time at this location and we won’t be back. The old man that was helping us called my girlfriend “sir” and then didn’t even apologize or correct himself. Not to mention he was a bit rude. We just got home to see our food is burnt but the old man at the window said the food wasn’t ready so we had to pull up.

I live in the area go at least once a week. There is a manager named Deborah. My husband and I call her Miss. Debb. She is always nice and seems to teach instead of BOSS the younger workers and actually helps out. That is a great work ethic in management.

I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy and they gave me 2 sausage biscuits and when I said something the lady at the window just said ” well she rang up 2 sausage biscuits.. instead of correcting the order. On a positive note. The service was fast ♂️

The only Hardee’s Iv been to that will not allow you to add anything to the 2 for 5 biscuits.
Rather than charging the 30 cents per slice of cheese like the rest of the Hardee’s. They want to change it to a 6 dollar biscuit as if 30 cents for one slice of cheese isn’t enough. Pitiful corporation. Go to the grill and eat.
