I went for breakfast and they gave a tray from the window and it was all cold but said it was fresh!! I mean the taters was cold and soggy the eggs was cold biscuit about burnt and I wanted plain gravy and gave me pepper gravy other Hardee’s plain gravy has nothing in it! Went back and they try to tell me it was fresh and just made like WOW I just watch and heard u say never mind I got one up here!

I understand you got a lot of service in the morning but that ant how you keep customers!

Should have went to Bojangles they would have made it fresh!!

Food was kinda cold. Maybe the warmer temp needs to increase. Plus employees are taking up multiple parking spots with thier cars. They don’t seem to care at this location.
Customer service is lacking. They don’t sound like they enjoy being there.

Drive thru Service still very slow but they did give me fresh fries. Drive thru guy was nice and courteous.

Update 11/24
Ordered 2 fresco and 2 large fries. Git the burgers and both fries were half empty. So now they are charging full price for half the amount. This place keeps getting worse and worse.

Waited for an online order for 30 mins at the window. The blonde Victoria. and the black guy stood there in the food prep area just staring at me then started laughing at me. Seems this place starts to become more and more.Like a crap place and disrespectful employees. Also I just got home and my order was wrong. I ordered classic cut fries not curly fries

Ordered 2 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits, one had 2 bottom biscuits on the top and bottom. The other only had a top on the biscuit (which was broken and smashed) and a tiny piece of biscuit as the bottom…. They were both about 1/2inch thick total and looked like they had been stomped on! Disgusting! Obviously the management is lacking as this would never be allowed to happen under a good management team! See attached pics…..

First person ( Priscilla) I saw was happy and sweet and very helpful. I told her she was best part of my breakfast. She’s smart too give her a raise. She worked whole time I was here .. empty trash and cleaning and SMILING

This place is packed for breakfast but do not go here for dinner. We ordered chicken tenders and they said they couldnt cook them because they were frozen! Aren’t they always frozen before they fry them? So we ordered burgers and curly fries and we got greasy, flat buns with lifeless condiments. Burgers and fries were both cold. Basically, inedible. Our dog did enjoy it, but our cat did not. A $27.00 waste of a meal! If I could give a zero star rating I would! The best thing I can say is the lady working the drive through was very nice.

I was charged more than what the menu pricing said. On top of that, they upcharged for a large I did not request. Menu said $9.99 for the combo, I was first charged $11.09. When brought up, I was ignored, and had to request a manager. The refunded the upcharge but still failed to bring the price down to the menu price (I was charged 10.59). When a company refuses to fulfill their own menu price, I will no longer return there.

God awful. I wasn’t able to even try the food because the woman in drive thru was INSANELY rude and wouldn’t even let me finish my order! It was at 7 pm and noone was there so whats the hurry?! No wonder noone comes to this location. I’ll drive to the tazewell pike location before you catch me dead near this one. JOKE!

Service was fast… Because the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was cold and hard and greased through the paper it was wrapped in. Even the cheese was hard that had oozed out from between the biscuit.

Out of tenders, whenever I ordered a replacement older woman at window seemed very rude and unhappy. Need to work on training their staff better for customer service.
