Wow Hardee’s whats going on? You guys were the OG breakfast old faithful! I went to the sevierville location across from Thomas auto the manager yelled from behind the food window took my order. I swear my food was microwaved it was so soggy. Like sad soggy tots half the contaier full to boot, the porkchop was paper thin. Worst part was the 16.00 price tag. Seriously a grilled cheese Sammie and medium combo! 16.00? The sweet tea was fire. Smh

We were happy to see a much needed improvement in service at this location. We like to eat here but there have been so many issues in the past. Today, the food was good and the staff (Tootie) was very friendly. There were no napkins in the lobby (which has been a frequent issue) so hopefully changes continue with everything being stocked.

Took my wife out to dinner at this restaurant and was extremely pleased with the food and service that was provided!!! In fact we enjoyed it so much that we had to personally thank the cook “Terry” for the amazing job he done with our meal and the manager “Josh” went out of his way to ensure that we had the most inviting experience at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back soon and recommend this place to all of our friends

There is just one lady doing drive through and front. She is fast and still manage not to have a soft and amicable voice. She has excellent people skill. Hardee’s did a smart move for having her as part of the team. I asked for her name but don’t know how to spell it. It sounded like Ambrea. The guys in the kitchen are working hard too.

The staff was fast, friendly and responsive. Mentioned the restroom was very very clean but out of TP and they immediately went and filled it. New asst manager was very sweet and walked around the lobby to check in with guests. My only complaint is NOT related to the staff but I feel Hardees food quality has diminished over the last couple of years. The burgers are very bland anymore and the fries need a ton of salt to enhance the flavor. (And I never salt anything). Do better Hardees but keep this staff in place. They’re awesome and the cafe was sparking clean!!!!

Have two employees working, 1 cooking and 1 running drive thru, had to wait a while to be waited on then received a Frisco burger that had buttered bread but not toasted like it should be, missing the tomatoes and was not hot and barely warm. Hardees used to a decent place but CKE has ran them in the ground over the years. Quality has went majorly down and no employees to run the place.

I came in about 12:30 after Church. There was only a Manager and one employee. Despite that they served a busy drive thru and several dine in customers. All the time doing so with a smile and a great attitude. Great staff, great effort made a Great experience!

Everytime I go here and its not the normal people and these ladies are working the food is ALWAYS bad. The biscuits were burnt and doughy. The food taste greasy and like its been sitting longer than it should. Would take it back but even with the short interaction I have they are unfriendly and rushing you out.

Walk-in customer. I came in close enough time to wait for the b’fast/lunch switch and had phenomenal service by the guy named Logan who was running register at that moment. Entire order was correct and everything came out flawless like always!! 100/10 VERY HIGLY RECOMMEND!!!! Definitely coming back after today no doubt 🙂
