Im from out of state & stopped for a quick bite before heading home, i didnt feel like waiting an hour for takeout at a restaurant so opted for Hardees.
I got a 10 piece tender combo with a large fry & drink and a chicken BLT with a large fry, I spent 32$ & some change!
I get to the drive-through Window after placing our order & we pay, they give us our drinks & ask us to pull up with another car.
Oh wait about 10 minutes. The guy finally comes out with food and it’s a small bag that he hands in the window.. I look in the bag its 2 sandwiches & 2 fries. So I go inside and explain to him that I think I have the wrong order and I give him my receipt. Please note that my receipt has the correct order!
He grabs a chick and sandwich & hands me the tenders and i leave.
I get back to the car and go to distribute food So we can eat before we make our 4 hour trip back home, my husband opens the sandwich & its just a Chicken sandwich with mayonnaise no lettuce, tomato, or bacon!
Why this point from me having to Do all this back-and-forth in and out my food is done gotten cold (the tenders) He kept my receipt when I went in to exchange the first time! So we get back in line and go back around to the window again and explain to the woman at the window that our order is wrong.
She looked at us like we had did something wrong. Then tells us to pull over into a parking spot that she would bring out the right sandwich. We waited another 15 minutes. Never received a another sandwich, By this point, I’m just ready to get a refund so I go back inside & they H HAVEN’T EVEN STARTED MAKING THE SANDWICH AGAIN TO BE HONEST WITH YOU. I DON’T EVEN THINK THE OLDER WOMAN THAT WAS AT THE WINDOW EVEN TOLD ANYONE TO MAKE THE SANDWICH.
I also noticed when I went inside to wait both times on these orders she was just picking up bags and moving them around so the one guy could mess the orders up!
I also noticed that they were very, very worried about their drive time! You can have a good drive time all you want! But if the orders are wrong, the drive time doesn’t matter! That’s why I’m making this Review! Mainly because the employees were more worried about getting in trouble for a high drive time then making sure people’s orders were fresh incorrect!
AS SOMEONE WHO USED TO BE THE MANAGER OF A DRIVE-THROUGH THAT IS NOT HOW IT SHOULD BE RAN! DO BETTER!
Especially when people are spending Almost $40 for some chicken tenders & A chicken sandwich!

Food was pretty good service was great. Unpleasant hearing the workers gossiping about each other while eating. Hash browns were cold but still crispy. Our meals were great and hot and fresh. Place was very clean and workers were very nice. Clean restrooms.

4 stars overall on our visit. Got a ham and cheese sandwich meal. There were only 3 small pieces of ham on the sandwich, tasted well. Got 2 kids meals, one 2 piece tender meal and one cheeseburger meal. The portions of fries surpass McDonald’s portions by far. Tenders were decent size and drinks were larger than of McDonald’s kids meal equivalent. Looked a little dead. Would go to again. Overall good for what you get.

We always eat at this location when we visit. The gravy was hot and the biscuit was fresh. The bacon and hash rounds were also good. It was clean inside and the restroom too. Alecksis took our order and she was extremely friendly.

I rarely give fast food all fives, so this is a special review. We stopped in for lunch because there were a few cars in the lot. Right at busy lunch time. All the employees were very friendly. We got the Frisco Combo and the Monster Combo, and both were correct, fresh and brought to us promptly. Fountain soda was good. Clean seating area and restrooms were well stocked. The scenery was beautiful! Very pleasant dining experience. Thank you! 🙂

Courtney was the name of the cashier that was so rude to us. We are regulars but will no longer be. She was super rude, short and unwelcoming. This is the 2 nd time we have had to deal with her being so unprofessional that there won’t be a 3rd time. She shouldn’t be dealing with customers. We have had great experiences with your other staff like Rachel or LeAnn they both are warm, professional and leave us happy&content! Hope you guys read these post and take them to heart. Terrible!!! Breakfast served until 1? Nope! Out of breakfast food, out of large drink cups, out of curly fries, out of half of the soda pop options and out of tea. Had one single milk left for my kid. Want fresh coffee? She brewed it but when I went up to ask about it was greeted by another lady with a nasty look and a “what do YOU want?” The excuse for being out of everything? “Thanksgiving wiped is out.” Hmmm… sounds like an excuse for poor planning and management. Highly do NOT recommend this store. Arby’s is right next door. Maybe you’ll have better luck there. If I could rate less than a 1, I would.

This was the first time I’ve been to Hardee’s since they pulled out of Michigan years ago. It was 6pm Saturday the fries and chicken tenders were hot and fresh. They made me wish I got a burger because I knew it would have been delicious. They even offered a veterans discount. Which when they were in Michigan I didn’t know they did.
