Rockwood- Tammy served me at the window and I noticed she was promoted to manager. I must say she is always the one who has served me over these couple of years at the window and she was always kind and fast. Smart move making her a manager since she is always there and knows the operation.

Haven’t ordered from here in a long time. We drove through the drive through and the lady didn’t even let us get a chance to get what we want out of our mouth with her going what do you want to drink with it. We wanted to know what all goes with the gravy and biscuit combo and kept interrupting us. (like we asked a simple question that couldn’t have been answer easy ). Got to the widow to get my breakfast this morning and she was rude all the way from the ordering spot to the widow. When i got my food my gravy and biscuits was put in the bag side ways. i got home to open it and it the lid on the gravy wasn’t shut all the way. it was very sloppy like really we pay for the food and you do your customers that way. i will not be coming back here. Hardee’s your losing people because of bad work ethic. y’all have a bad crew that doesn’t care and don’t have good attitude and they are very sloppy.

The manager was very rude to a Senior Citizen. He had just gotten to the counter and she ask him if he was going to order or not. If I been the gentleman, I would turned around and walk back out of that establishment. Another time the Manager was jumping all over one of the employees who was working at the drive thru window, in front of my husband and I. That man really needed a job to have taken her tongue lashing.

Disgusting and rude service. Received the incorrect order and went to exchange for the correct order. They took the platter we had and just gave it to someone else in the drive thru after it was already touched. They couldn’t get a single order correct. Found hair in the hash browns.

wish i could rate this no stars… we recently moved here and stopped to get a burger. i asked for one without pickles and when i got the burger you could tell they just took them off.. the seeds were on the burger still!!! the patty looked so gross also.. this was the first time we haven’t eaten out and my gosh was it a mistake i’m better off eating at home!
