I really like the tacos at the red burrito. In fact. I like the whole hardees menu. But I went to one in knoxville for tacos two weeks ago and they are out of beef. Instead of telling me, they bring me chicken tacos and tell me as they bring to my table. Now my kids and husband got theirs so I wasn’t going to go through a while fuss of crediting back my payment and yadda yadda (especially since it took so long to begin with). So I deal. Today I visits the one approx an hour away and AGAIN NO BEEF. WHAT? Where’s the beef? Yup. Now I am going to Wendy’s. If it is not due to an issue with their beef vendor, then it is bad management. In fact even if it is a problem with the vendor, still bad management in the way they have coached team to inform the public (or don’t and instead assume I would want chicken instead). Unreal.

The restaurant looked like they just experienced a rush of customers because it was extemely dirty. Tables needed to be wiped down and floors needed sweeping. It was later in the evening so nobody had cleaned it since their dinner rush. It took 15-20 minutes for us to get our food. Waiting that long made me believe that our food would be fresh. Nope. Not fresh at all. This is the second different Hardee’s that I have visited in the last couple of months and the other was exactly the same experience. I have no desire to visit a Hardee’s again.

Every time I go to this hardee’s the fountain drinks are always 90% water or the carbonation is gone. The food isn’t bad I guess. Last time they were out of ketchup & a few other things that we needed with our meal

Lunchtime is usually good, but the rest of the day not that great. If you get drive thru here, check your order, they will get it wrong and it will be cold. I live just down the road from this particular Hardee’s. But we would rather go a few miles more to a different Hardee’s

Horrible service. This breakfast I purchased was old and dried out. I politely went in to see what could be done, she handed me my money back nearly a dollar short. I asked for manager she said she was the manager I told her what I paid and she said I was lying she knew how much it cost. I then went to my truck to get receipt and recorded the situation from this point, when I provided the receipt she then attacked me for recording the conversation without her five being shown, she then called police and wrote my tag down and threatened me. I own a business and this is not good customer service. A dollar or 100 I work hard for what I have to allow someone to take it. This place sukcs…

Could have been better if there Coke machine would have been fixed the word it don’t have problems anymore the machine is probably wore out because at times when you stop in at Buffalo Trail Thor and that Coke machine does not work like it should that’s probably a management problem I don’t think it’s an employee problem of them keeping the drinks stuff and the Machine how to power

Very very slow service,, they are always short handed,, lots of times one person is cooking,, doing the cashier and bringing your food.. Love there food,,but can’t stay in business very long like this.
