We stopped on our way to Knoxville and let me just tell you, this just might be the fastest fast food I’ve ever experienced. I ordered, blinked, and then BAM! I had a bag of deliciousness. The fries were crispy, the famous star (my go-to always) slapped, and none of it tasted like it had been sitting around waiting for its time to shine. Whoever is running this kitchen deserves a medal, a raise, and maybe a parade.

I’m from Maynardville and I have to wonder if this locations is under new ownership because it is so different. It used to be a place I would avoid but now that I am in town more often taking care of my parents I stop in weekly. It is so wonderful! It is so clean and the manager is the sweetest. Great Job Hardee’s of Maynardville, you have made it to the top of my list for places I love to eat!

Ever since COVID this place has been going down hill in service. Understandable during the pandemic but it’s been years and they still haven’t recovered.
It seems like there’s never enough employees or they simply aren’t trained, or maybe they just don’t care about their job.
The owner of this business should fire everyone, hire a new manager, and start over.
I was on the contract crew that rebuild the front of the store years ago and back then this was a great place to eat. So obviously I’ve been going here for a very long time.
Just today I sat in an unmoving line for nearly 30 minutes. No I am not exaggerating. 24 minutes to be exact and the line never moved except for people leaving, including one person who was past the pay window so I assume they left without the food even after paying. It literally CANNOT physically take that long to make a few burgers and chicken sandwiches. What were they even doing inside there and why did no one bother to explain to the customers they’d be waiting 30 minutes in a FAST FOOD drive-thru??
I will never be going here again until new management is found. This was completely unacceptable.

Waited 40 minutes for our order only two items, cashier had lost our receipt. Cashier needs a better attitude to work with people, didn’t even check to see why we were still standing there. It was like we were a bother.

Very poor customer service. The staff was rude and dismissive. When we politely mentioned that our hash browns were forgotten, we were met with an attitude instead of an apology. I understand customer service can be stressful, but this was unacceptable. Management needs to take a hard look at who they have facing customers and how customers are treated. Won’t be returning.

I swear to my soul, every single Hardee’s needs a re-evaluation of the most simple damn chicken sandwhich on their menu. It does not matter which one I go to, every single time I order this they ALWAYS give me the wrong one. It is actually insane the fact that I have never been able to order this without it being a whole inconvenience of having to go back to get the right thing. Today was the last straw for me after getting TWO of the wrong ones, being charged for one that was almost double what I wanted, then told they don’t have what I put a picture of… it’s comical really. They really have me stressing over a chicken sandwhich and I felt the need to share how ignorant it is of not one single Hardee’s worker to know their most simple chicken sandwhich on their menu. I supposedly got a refund, but it hasn’t came thru yet, and all I can say is they better hope and pray it does seeing how they also didn’t let me keep any of the wrong food, not that I wanted it anyway after that fiasco, I’ve lost my appetite.

Usually we get decent food; however tonight was very disappointing. Our food was burnt and cold. It was not busy when we were there so there’s not really a good excuse for this type of service. Very disappointing!

I got a lettuce wrapped burger they made a burger no bun put it in a bowl no fork no napkins it was a mess.. got a large curly fry they gave a half full medium they were soggy curly are cook to order they were not chicken tenders old an hard my kid hated them

First of all, we ordered our food and we got it.And the french fries were cold.We did not get a cheeseburger as we had ordered.We got a fish or a chicken sandwich, and then we went back to the drive through line.Our french fries were cold and we wanted our correct order.And when we went to the drive up, the girl was very indifferent.Didn’t apologize, didn’t smile gave us the same french fries that we had, which were cold in general.You have some severe customer service issues with your staff.They should have been apologetic and professional of which they were neither.We will not be coming back to your hardy’s restaurant again.
