Went in to grab a $5.99 bag yesterday at this location. First impression is this place is a bit dirty on the inside. The staff was a bit slow but very friendly and what you’d expect. So for my meal I picked a chicken sandwich which was overcooked and very dry. The double cheeseburger was not great either. Not a fan of flame cooked to begin with but I figured I’d give it a go for the price. The best part of the meal was the fries. They also have a good Coke. Really sweet like I like it. You kind of get what you get for the bargain meals. It was probably worth $5.99 but not much more. As we all know Hardee’s does a lot better for breakfast. I would recommend a visit if you want a cheap meal or go for breakfast. Just keep your expectations low and you won’t be disappointed.

These burgers are the best I’ve had in a while, though if you get a new employee you have to be patient which is fine if you are a normal person that doesn’t explode on people for having to learn something. That being said bk is too proud of their burgers these days and sonic is understaffed probably until warmer weather, and wendeys is a no so there are limited options. The taste of these burgers are the best it tastes like it was over a flame grille if not they are pretty close… I stop at Hardee’s when I want a good tasty burger nuff said. Besides the other stuff I just wrote.

First off at drive thru the guy was very rude and did not tell us the price and then when we asked for a receipt was very rude and asked what we ordered. Then we received our food in which the whole order was wrong, then we went back and a different person was at the window and took the order back and redid the food and was also rude about it. Don’t go here a bunch of rude and very unpersonable people work there. Would give zero stars but unfortunately cant.

I got a breakfast platter Sunday morning that was cooked to perfection. The eggs and hashbrowns were fried to perfection and the gravy was thick and flavorful. We take alot of things for granted in life so I wanted to take a moment to recognize the staff at the Maryville Hardees for doing a great job day in and day out.

We ordered from the Hardee’s on Lamar Alexander Pkwy in Maryville tonight, we purchased 2 Big Hot Ham and Cheese sandwiches and a new BLT chicken sandwich. The restaurant was out of bacon, the employee working was very kind about it so it wasn’t a big issue however it was disappointing to my husband as that’s why he wanted to try it. It also didn’t have any tomato on it. There should be a way for the app to be updated to let guests know a location can’t make something. The bigger issue was with the Ham and cheese sandwiches. One of them had 2 pieces of ham in it and the other only had 4. I have no complaints about the employees of the store because they are always very kind and apologetic if there are any issues but the food tonight was extremely disappointed. That sandwich was the only thing that’s sounded good to me in two days and I’m still hungry after eating it.

I don’t know what has happened to this location’s breakfast, but you might as well eat your cash with the subpar food quality. They don’t even toast the friscos last few I’ve ordered were inedible. The chicken biscuits are always over cooked and taste horrible. This Hardee’s location was my first job when I was 15 and I remember we took so much pride in our breakfast. What has happened to the breakfast at this Hardee’s?! Over priced and barely even edible will have to go across town to the better functioning Hardee’s for breakfast from now on. I even asked to make sure they’d toast it this time and this is what I get. Shame on you Hardee’s.

We go to this Hardee’s a lot since it is close to the house. Went a week or so ago to pick up an online order and there was an issue with the order. The staff were very kind when handling the situation and the manager handled everything professionally. Food is mediocre.

The king is dead; long live the king. Loved this place growing up. My last visit was today. Employees in the dining area just talking. Took 5 minutes for one of them to yell to the back for an employee to serve us. Burgers burned to a crisp, and cold. Lemon biscuits undercooked so the inside was like a watery muffin. Tasted like lemon pledge and plastic. Icing obviously mixed terribly. Very watery. When I went to get another order to try and get something edible, another 5 mins waiting while two employees ignored me 3 feet away talking to a random person. Only “active” employee complaining about her baby daddy and child support. 2nd order didnt go well either. When home even my dogs didnt want the burger leftovers. What the hell happened here? How could they fall off this hard. We were the only customers there. Now I know why. RIP Hardees.

Always slow. Never had any food items at ready including deserts and drinks. Leave out silverware for breakfast multiple times a week and get an attitude when you let them know they forgot it last time and STILL have to pull back around to get silverware at this point they are being cheeky. Idk maybe pay them more or humble them. Or maybe have your managers hold some accountability and have the menu available during business hours.
