I waited 35 minutes for two breakfast platters and a chicken biscuit. Still no food arrived and honestly no person preset up front at registers. I can’t rate the food because I asked for a refund due to not having enough time to wait for it. The new format for this Harrogate Hardee’s is very subpar compared to other Hardee’s I’ve been to. Service is too slow and people seem closeness with no sense of urgency to get orders correct or served in a timely manor. Very disappointing .

I can tell there’s a new crew. They need to memorize how to make their sandwiches twice now. They’ve made my sandwich wrong. Simple request double bacon cheeseburger no mayonnaise. I either get it as a single or I get it with other toppings missing.

Usually we don’t have an issue stopping here in the mornings but today was unacceptable. First window, who took our order mind you, apparently forgot to save it or something so when we got up to pay they had to enter it again then second window hands us the wrong order and when my husband told them, they met us with attitude. He wasn’t even rude about it just simply telling her the order was wrong.

placed an order in the app because I was on lunch and needed to be quick options that I had to wait in line for 12 minutes just to pick up my order in the app when there was only one customer in front of me. By the time I got my food, the line was wrapped around the building, even with having two places to order . i was late getting back from lunch And didn’t even get to eat the food until hours later.

There was 10 people in the kitchen just walking around and talking, took 20 or more minutes just to get my food. we sat the front waiting no one came up to help, and we waited at the drive thruway, no one picked up. hardee’s please fix this

Ordered the Hot Ham and Swiss which I love, it had 4 thin little pieces of ham and I actually had to look for the cheese. The bun was waaaay too big for the meats that were used. Should have just used a kids bun. Very disappointed.
