This is easily one of the most reliable Hardee’s locations in Roane County. The crew here is amazing and they move the drive-thru line along quickly even when they’re busy. The staff here is what really sets this location apart. They are genuinely friendly. It’s apparent that they care about getting the order right the first time, which is definitely appreciated when I’m in a hurry.
The dining area and restrooms are kept clean, which isn’t always a given in fast food. On the off chance it is messy, there is someone out there cleaning it. I will continue to frequent this location and will continue to recommend it over Rockwood and Kingston.

I went through the drive thru yesterday at 5:30am for a ham biscuit. The biscuit was absolutely amazing! The biscuit was hot and fresh, along with the ham. The ham wasn’t over cooked and tasted amazing. The manager at the window named Katie was so very sweet even running both drive thru and front counter. I’ve seen her a few times and she is always so sweet and kind to me. I really appreciate good employees like her. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back in the future. Please keep up the good work Katie 🙂

This Hardee’s is easily one of the best in the area. The breakfast crew is fast and friendly, and the biscuits are always fresh.

Easy access, we were stressed about our 43 foot 5th wheel, but plenty of room to get in and out.
Looking for the Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger, but Hardee’s doesn’t have them, so the only thing to do was create it, it was really good, people inside were very friendly and the place was very clean.

Maybe they were having an “off” day but we’ve never had biscuits as hard as we did this morning. Another couple came back in and requested better biscuits. Okay service but horrible biscuits. 20 bucks for a stone .

This was a horrible experience. The egg was paper thin and absolutely was not a whole egg. The biscuit was hard and THE GRAVY WAS CHUNKY WITH POWDER OR FLOUR. If you mess the gravy up, throw it away and start over, don’t just serve it. Last the women’s toilet was really nasty.

EDITED: Mr. Marquez, if you feel the need to post fake bad reviews about people that are trying to turn their store around, you shouldn’t make it this obvious. Two posts about two different restaurants at the exact same time of night and the only thing that changed in your verbage was the name and address? BOTH two days ago and BOTH at 730pm? Go touch grass. These people have tried to hard to do good so people like you can try and tear them down.
This Hardee’s has done a complete turn around since the last time I was there. Today was my first visit in over a year and I should have stopped by sooner. The staff was friendly, the food was hot, and there was someone at the counter ready to great me when I walked in. They even brought my tray to me at my table. Whatever they’re doing, I hope they keep it up.
