i come through hardees everyday for breakfast and im met with the sweetest service. gracie is the most sweet and amazing girl i have met here so far. shes very productive and sweet, makes sure everything is done from what ive seen. shes a great worker, keep doing good kiddo! youre a rockstar!

I was working out of town today and decided to stop at Hardee’s on the way home for a quick meal. I hadn’t been to Hardee’s in years and didn’t have the slightest idea what I wanted. The employees were super friendly and accommodating with me and one of them, her name was Shannon, suggested a great meal for me. She was knowledgeable, and so friendly! I’m not in the Clinton area much, but I know where I’ll be stopping from now on. There are three locations within a 15 minute drive of my house and her recommendations and customer service alone will likely lead to me enjoying the same meal at my local Hardee’s restaurants. The world needs more Shannons!

I go through the drive thru 1-2 times a week for breakfast and the service is extremely fast and everyone that I have interacted with have been very friendly. It sets my day to a good start. The food has always been good. I see Wesley very often in the drive thru and he is excellent. Thanks to all who make it a great experience. Working fast food and with the public is not easy but you all do it well. Thanks to the cooks as well.

I haven’t had dinner here in some time but I had a decent sized online order this evening and when I pulled up the service was great! We were pulled ahead to wait on the chicken and sat there for less than 2 minutes! Wesley brought it out and was so kind and even apologized for the wait! What wait?! When I got home my food was hot and fresh! Thats a luxury nowadays if you ask me! LOL Thanks yall for the great supper! Also, when we go in the mornings, Gracie is also a delight and full of smiles! Keep up the awesome work!

We were on our way back home from Gatlinburg and decided to grab a bite to eat. We stopped here and ordered two cheeseburgers, and they were absolutely delicious! It’s a fantastic place, very clean. The store manager, Wesley, was incredibly attentive and awesome!

I ordered the ranch snack wraps, the new game day Frisco burger, and their apple turnovers. I ordered sweet tea, at first it came out unsweetened, but Wesley, the cashier made sure I had sweet tea promptly after I told him about it. I would recommend this Hardee’s. The food, service, and the worker Wesley were great.

I will never stop at this Hardee’s again. The manager on duty Shannon raised her voice when she was explaining something to me. I told her that she didn’t need to yell. I get my Grandson the $5.99 meal and get him 2 milks instead of the fries because he doesn’t eat fries. This is what we have always done in the past and it’s never been a problem but she said that they’re not supposed to because it’s a specialty item. I had no idea because they have always done it at the different Hardee’s we eat at. She wanted me to tell her who it was that did this and said they were going to get in trouble. How am I supposed to know this? She could’ve been nice about this whole thing but instead chose to be rude. Again, worst experience ever.
