Placed order online and when I got the food and drove away,the fries were hot so I thought oh thank goodness this is going to be a great late lunch BUT BOY WAS I WRONG… The burger tasted like a salmon patty,it was dry and dark… The only thing good on the burger was the fresh veggies…I didn’t have time to go back so I just ate my fries and gave the rest to my dog…This is horrible and very unacceptable…I worked at Hardee’s some years ago and I would NEVER send out a burger that looked like that..You guys should be ashamed of yourselves store #1503687…

I visit this location because it is near my home and convenient to my morning commute. Unfortunately, that’s the only convenient thing about it. My go-to order is a bacon biscuit. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. Half the time, I get the wrong order. I don’t have time to turn around and let them fix it. This is assuming I’m able to order at all given a long line creeps at a snail’s pace. Either get more employees to help with a rush or ones that are more capable of efficiently and correctly delivering what customers order.

I had these cupons and don’t get me wrong I liked the 2 burgers for $7 but the 2 loaded omelette a for $4.99 where not loaded at all. Why they send us cupons then give us this type of biscuits that don’t look like the picture at all! Update: I got a big bacon and it do have a lot of bacon but THEY DONT USE THE SHELL EGG ON THE PICTURE NO MORE!!!! I got a feathered egg instead.

What’s up Red Bank Hardee’s? I usually am doing these when it’s bad but today it’s awesome! From the drive thru cashier to the quality of the food I’m so very impressed! It was hot and fast! Thank you and just wanted to say how incredibly awesome you all were today!

I would just like to leave a review on the attitude of what I hope is not the manager of this location. I ordered online with my friend and they said that they didn’t have the orders, when I showed the order on my end, Pam who I assume is the manager, immediately didn’t want to hear it and said that it failed on her end. Instead of even trying to talk to me like a person she just dismissed everything and acted like I was such a hassle to even deal with. This was my first time in this store and I probably won’t be back. She said to come back with my bank statement showing it went through, but she didn’t want to look when I tried to show her the first time so why would it make a difference the second time. Safe to say Pam needs to be coached on how to properly handle situations as these

Though my sausage biscuits were slow, my real complaint is with your email to me and your online ordering. The email encouraged me to use my rewards on a gravy biscuit. I wanted to but the order app doesn’t offer a gravy biscuit as a reward option. How can I get one?!

The food was decent. I go there for one particular sandwich, the mushroom and Swiss burger, and it’s always consistent and to my liking. The side fries usually aren’t very fresh. Drinks are drinks. I will say, the team member at the drive-thru window was very courteous and personable — a rarity for most customer-facing workers — and very refreshing.
