Great food Michelle is so nice and let us use multiple coupons on one order unlike other locations. Rarely have found nicer people to serve you and couldn’t have asked for better service. Love thebfact that they honor our veterans with the flags and memorabilia. This is what our country is about. Always great.

I rarely ever go here and if I do it’s for breakfast. But 2 weeks ago I went through the drive thru for lunch. I got home and not only did they give me the wrong burger, there was so much mayo it was all over the outside of the bun. The fries were greasy and limp. Worst fast food meal I’ve ever had. I called and spoke to the manager. She apologized and knew already that the order came out wrong, I guess the other person called, too. She apologized and said she would put my name on a list for the free meal next time.
I drove through today and the girl at the window couldn’t find my name on a list. She wasn’t helpful at all. She asked if I had a receipt. No, I didn’t keep the receipt because the manager said she put my name down.
I won’t be going back.

Ordered a custom burger and fries. The only thing warm was the fries. Tried to call a few times however no one would answer so I’m letting the manger know to check the warmer drawers. The meat , burger and bacon and cheese was cold. Probably won’t be back.

I ordered a Frisco burger, fries and presented a coupon. The cashier takes my coupon. I pay and leave. Guess what? I didn’t get a Frisco burger. I got a double HB with bacon. I call the store, explained the situation and heard, “That coupon was for a Vols burger combo.” I asked, “You didn’t hear me say Frisco burger?” She replies, “I did but the coupon wasn’t for Frisco.” IF she had simply told me this I wouldn’t have used it. Btw, the Vols burger is NOT good. One bite and tossed in the trash. I’m pissed!

I tried the new Ruffles French Onion burger and it was so delicious. Definitely will be back for it soon. Reminded me of going to a family reunion actually. Staff were friendly and it was a very clean environment.

Ordered a chicken breakfast platter and the chicken was horrible. Taste weird and stringy, like it has been there for hours. I couldn’t even eat it. For the price of food, I wish you could at least make for food better. Worst Hardee’s platter I had and this is my favorite platter. I hate sometimes I travel for work and have to eat out in different places, I rather cook at home.

This place is ridiculous… how are you going to charge some $4.38 for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit only to get what you see… this is twice I have been done this way!!!!! Never will I order from this place again!!! Come on ppl do better…. Biscuit all to pieces and cold and no bacon looks like there was meat on there then it was removed….. POOR customer service!!!!

I went through the drive through. They were literally only taking one order at a time and not taking the next cars order until the first had already went around and picked their order up. That is senseless. I know they do that to keep their window time down but that’s only an advantage for them, certainly not the customer
