They often forget to add utensils and straws and napkins everytime I come through. They have an attitude 80% of the time and don’t even greet the customer at the speaker box. As someone who’s worked fast food they need to work on their service!

I had a fantastic cup of coffee here. I was sleepy behind the wheel, stopped for coffee, glad I did. I watched the staff wait on many people while I drank my coffee and woke up. Courteous, efficient, very friendly. It was a busy place in the morning on a rainy day. Thank you all!

I will start by saying I come to this restaurant pretty much daily 2 to 3 times a week since I travel to Chattanooga and Nashville back and forth a lot … Oh also say the people I’ve met here over the year or two drive-thru or go-in they are a very great bunch of people easy get along with and funny but today I ordered a mushroom Swiss with not much mushroom… Yes I took two bites but now I’m to the middle and that’s where the mushrooms are the three or four that are there..

We came in about 11 am,store was clean food and service was great .The only issue we had was the manager yelling at everyone to get people out of the drive thru..also seemed like there was an issue between two employees that the manager had to pull into the back to talk to.The manager was nice and friendly just the yelling she did killed the atmosphere.

This hardees consistently serves up problems for me. Whether it’s burnt or incorrectly cooked food or just simply not what I ordered. Note in the photos that the order was taken correctly but served incorrectly. Unfortunately for customers, they’re pretty much the only option around. I’d reccomend just packing a breakfast from home if you’re headed towards Jasper / Kimball.
