I went through the drive-thru on 1/13/26 at 6am. I know the sausage patty was from the night before because it was as hard as a brick. Plus, they left off part of my order. I tried to call but no answer.

Always seem to get a good breakfast, nonetheless, sometimes it may be cold, but Good otherwise. I love the burgers and the buns they come on, however I ordered the chargrilled chicken club and it was horrible! The bun was flat like it had been pressed, the chicken was ok besides the edges being chewy and burnt. The Bacon was good., however the lettuce and tomato were horrible! Both of these vegetables were wilted .. the presentation of this sandwich was terrible also. I like my ssndwiches to be together and in tact, not thrown all over the carton .

This is what they tried to serve me for the chicken and waffle sandwich. Upon going back to get a FRESH one, the employees were nowhere to be found. I thought for a moment this location had possibly been abandoned after I drove away (as in all staff leaving). I yelled “hello” and someone came out finally. They at least replaced it. Not very friendly about it.

Teresa on days has the most amazing customer service, she is very genuine, and friendly. She made me feel like I was at home, and not at a fast food restaurant. She deserves a raise, or at least some type of reassurance that she is doing a great job. The curly short haired lady, RUDE. Anyway thank you Teresa for the making my day, I hope to see you again!

I try to avoid the Hardees on the south part of Cleveland (north side is more generous), and it’s because of how consistently stingy they are with the Loaded Omelette Biscuit. It looks nothing like the picture and it is nothing like it was years ago. Sometimes I get the chicken biscuit, but today I thought I would give the loaded omelette one more try. There was virtually no meat on it.. and it’s almost $5 with tax!!!
