We went there for breakfast at 11:58am they were nice enough to serve it to us, but there was a heavy set woman that yelled rudely to the back “hey don’t throw that breakfast away there’s like four people up here wanting it!” It was literally two of us ordering and two strangers behind us that haven’t ordered yet. While we were waiting on our food, the cashiers were arguing about who’s drawer is where and all of them had attitudes about the situation. We then received our food which was decent but the hash rounds were not fresh and we did not receive ketchup with our order so went back to the counter for some and that same woman asked “what was your order?”. What does that matter? I simply asked for ketchup. While making our drinks the cashier came over to sweep the rug as if he was in a hurry to get it done and then came back again to aggressively sweep the floor around us as we were getting to go refills. The employees that work there need to be more professional and considerate of customers.

Stopped in this location for breakfast and was slightly surprised that there was an upcharge on my biscuit. When Hardee’s came out with the new prime rib biscuit which is delicious by the way, they also started offering a fried egg. So I ordered the sausage egg and cheese biscuit with the fried egg, and there is a $0.70 up charge for the egg. When I ask why there was an upcharge when it was a sausage egg and cheese biscuit anyway I was told, “one is a folded egg and the other is a fried egg” I asked the manager “folded or fried an egg is an egg right?” Then I was told “the fried eggs are fresh eggs they folded eggs come from a mix” in my opinion folded mix or fresh there shouldn’t be enough charge for an egg?

Unsanitary and Unprofessional Service
I stopped by Hardee’s this morning and was completely disgusted by what I witnessed. As I pulled up to the drive-thru window, I saw one of the workers grab my small hash brown with his bare hands—no gloves at all. To make matters worse, he was also handling the front register, touching money, and then food, without changing gloves or washing his hands. I even saw him wipe his hands on his pants before grabbing the food.
When I asked the employee who took my money whether they wear gloves, he casually told me, “We don’t have to wear gloves at the fry station.” This is unacceptable. I then asked to speak with a manager, who showed zero concern or professionalism when I explained what happened.
This level of disregard for cleanliness and customer health is appalling. I will absolutely not be returning, and I would urge others to think twice before eating here.

We buy breakfast from this Hardee’s pretty often because it’s close to our house. Never again. Saturday morning my husband went to the drive through and bought $31 worth of food, only to get home and realize they left out 2 sausage biscuits. We had a full day planned and time was limited so we couldn’t return to the restaurant right away. So Sunday morning he went to the drive through again and spent $29 but when he told the manager about the missing sausage biscuits from the morning before, she refused to do anything about it. Nothing. Does being a manager give you the right to steal from us and what has happened to customer service? Save your money and pass this drive through by! They are dishonest and do not make thier mistakes right. That kind of work ethic is LAZY at best. As much money as we have spent there, do they really think we are gonna lie about 2 lousy biscuits?? They have taken the last dime they will ever get from us, I can promise them that.

First time to order the 2 for $5 chicken wraps sad to say they did not come with shredded cheese Lettuce that look like needed to go in the trash. I am so sick of the Quality of food when you spend out the price for food the sweet tea was to be sweet and it was unsweetened. 2nd time to order for this place and is my last.

I guess to me, when a business says they open at 6. That means I should be able to order and get my food in a timely manner starting at 6. Not me having to wait 15 more min for them to finish opening just so I can get my food. But maybe I’m wrong. I’ve always ran my business as, get there early enough so when doors are open my customers are getting the service they deserve. But again. Who am I to tell Hardee’s how to run their business. I know you guys lost business this morning over it. Because I watched the cars drive off.

Hardee’s, known for its hearty breakfast offerings, has a standout item in their Biscuits with Gravy. I get it every single time im craving breakfast. These biscuits are freshly made – so im told. The biscuits are fluffy and delicious, which makes them perfect for that savory gravy. The gravy itself is flavorful, with a balance of spices and creaminess that’s (better than momma’s gravy). But I didn’t say that.
