I travel a ton for work and pass by Hardees at least 2x a day. It never fails when I stop in the evening (I go out too early to stop in the morning) that the food is fresh and the people are always great to speak with!! Now big question can we please keep cinnamon raisin biscuits year round?!

I do not live in the same town as Westmoreland Hardees but pass through everyday from my job. I drive through Hardees usually twice a week for the past few years. I want to commend all the workers and let management know that I’m always greeted respectively, usually with a smile, a thank you, God bless you or have a nice day. Believe me, there are days that I needed it. The food is always good or they make it right with apologies. Noone is perfect and fast food and working with the public can be tough at times. Thumbs up to all of you for a job well done. This old lady appreciates all you do. God bless you.

Last 3 times I had been here, the food was COLD!
The last time I went I told manager and they re-made my order.
Also, the manager was walking in the back saying a lot of curse words very loudly. Not that I haven’t heard them, but I had my 8 yr old child with me, not that I care for her hearing it.
It is just respect for your business and paying people !!!!

The managers there are rude and my food is always old. The boy manager has an awful attitude and the younger looking manager is always smoking on the front counter. This place is disgusting, terrible service, terrible people. I will never come back to this hardee’s.

We went through the drive-thru. We had to wait for a moment for the food to come out but I think it’s because we had ordered a milkshake. I had a Angus thickburger which was delicious. The meat was tender and chewy and didn’t crumble up like a lot of burgers do. Hardee’s has great food and that’s why we stopped there when we’re on our way through Westmoreland.

I genuinely love Hardees. I always have. I love their biscuits and gravy and everything like that. But this is the third time in a row that I’ve ordered from this place and they somehow they cannot seem to get my order right. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, and somehow they forgot the bacon, tomatoes, and pickles and the sauce. This time I ordered a Frisco Breakfast sandwich that was supposed to have bacon on it because I absolutely hate sausage. It messes with my stomach. But it has sausage on it. I spent $49 on Hardee’s. I expected what I ordered not this. It’s unacceptable and I normally do not complain, but this is the third time that it has happened and it’s ridiculous
