Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and when I walked up to the entry door I was surprised to find it locked. Then drive through the drive through and got no answer but I’d already ordered ahead using the app so I circled the building until I found the kitchen door open and heard a loud discussion about scheduling going on. I then entered the empty but relatively clean lobby and after the argument I notified I ordered ahead. After 10 minutes I was served two of the best and most accurately made chicken wraps ever. I was very appreciative of the detail she put into the order and the fries were fresh and crispy.

I would never come back here, 28 in drive through line. Pull up to the window and there are 5 people working so not short staffed, then get pulled up to wait for food and asked if they had an estimate for how long that would be because it had already been a half hour and he just stared at me, nothing said just a stare then closed the window. Wait 10 more minutes after being pulled up nothing is hot, the sandwich bread pulled apart from being fused with the wrapper and wrapped up under a heat tray for god knows how long. I dont whats going on here but i didnt even eat the food i threw it away made the decision to not come back.

Very upset about my experience. Charged over $28 and gave the young man my phone to get credit on the app and its not on there from Fri! He made me pull over for 10 mins for a burger, fries, and nuggets. Got home and have no receipt either! Did he even ring up my order because at the window he thought I had some other order. Will a mgr please reply here

Had a very pleasant experience 10/22/25 through the drive-thru. Met S-H-A-W-N. Said to call him “Country” because he sings country music . He was so good @ his job! Great customer service, great eye-contact, got my order correct! Ask if I wanted condiments even!! The biggest plus is that he was young. Let’s not give up on this young generation, totally. Some of them were taught something, Shawn was! Oh yeah, the food was ok too

I like Hardee’s, the food is decent as far as fast food goes probably one of the better chain restaurants. The service is hit or miss depending on where you go but usually it’s okay. Atmosphere is nothing special but at least it’s clean. Prices are decent considering the portions are usually larger than some of their competitors

Came here for Valentine’s Day Brekky. Was absolutely smashing. Next time I’m in the states I will surely be coming back! The woman at the buggy lane was very delightful.

Their chicken fillet sandwich changed from a thick juicy burger to a thin card board chicken flavored mess. My new go to is the mushroom and swiss burger now. It’s a bit salty but still good.
