Another location that actually knows how to cook a Sausage Egg Biscuit. Service was super fast, I got my food simultaneously with my receipt but the lobby is terrible. The drink machine is clogged, the place is a complete garbage dump. There has to have been 30 trays stacked up at least. Aside from the cleanliness though, the food was enjoyable. Next time I’ll know to hit the Drive Through.

I should had known when there was no one in line.. then you tell me that I gotta charge you more for the sandwich because there’s no button for .what who does that.. then the computer went down and I should’ve seen that as a sign but no I decided on grilled cheese with sausage yeah it was bad old and cold..shame on ya.

I cannot review the food because I did not eat it. I witnessed the cashier stuff the Hash Rounds that were falling into our bag back into the Hash Rounds container without wearing food grade gloves. He had just got done handling the cash register.

I met a girl that was serving the drive thru, and she was absolutely tremendous. She took our order immaculately, was incredibly friendly, and so sweet. They were super busy but she was so nice. I believe her name was Shelby… based on her customer service, despite being under so much pressure, I will forever come back. Yall be so busy in the mornings but Shelbys service was so great that it made the wait worth it. Thank you, Hardee’s on west main for having your customer service on point. I will surely be back soon.

Absolutely the worst! Its a shame I’ve been there 2 or 3x a week for the last couple years since I work in that area. Today, the store Cumberland location was gracious enough to fix a mistake that wasnt theirs to fix. Because west main acted like fixing it was coming out of their pocket. Even though, they didnt know the difference in 2 distinctly different biscuits. And then argued with me on whether I went to their location to begin with!
