I order the new grilled cheese sausage sandwich. I was very excited because of course when you look at the the commercial the toast is grilled with cheese melted on the sandwich. What I got was the complete opposite. The bread was cold not even grilled the cheese wasn’t even melted in the sandwich. The sausage was cold and old. Wow very disappointed. I threw it away and I also ordered the Hardee’s platter and the bacon taste like microwave bacon. The eggs were cold. The hash browns were good and hot that was the best item on the platter. Won’t be back again!!!!

Definitely dined in at a super slow time of day. The Mushroom Swiss was great though and the fries were the freshest I’ve ever had from a Hardee’s before. Probably because they were made to order. The lobby was basically shut down and the crew here was fast and efficient.

Thank you to Travis and his crew for opening during the winter storm. My wife and I delivered breakfast to her mother who was without electricity. Travis and the crew presented a friendly, positive attitude despite the weather and working with a short staff. We have always had good service with this Hardee’s but this day was exceptional.

Had a take out order, my food sitting on the to go area. I wanted to show my name to the employee to take my food. She ignored me wouldn’t even acknowledge me.
The food was burnt.
This is only my second time at Hardee’s.
First time I was on a road trip and the food was amazing and people were so nice. This was an absolute let down.

I came in there early in the morning to get me a grilled cheese Frisco and it was delicious. The egg was very fresh and my hashbrowns were hot and fresh also. 10/10 Will definitely be going back!

Travis the Manager is amazing and hands on. Food is great. I never have to worry about if the drive through line is long because I know he keeps it moving and I will make it to work on time.

Stopped here on our travels. When we entered two female employees where standing there chatting and one was out in the parking lot chatting. The inside conversation lasted the entire time my spouse was in the restroom. I say this because the dinning room was dirty. Several of the tables needed to be wiped and the floor swept.

I was most amazed by the country ham biscuit! This was the first time I have ever seen a country ham biscuit at a Hardees. They dont carry it at any near me (just up the road in kentucky). I must say I didnt expect much but dang, this was the best country ham I’ve had in a while (the hubs even said it was better than the Loveless) !
The service was also top notch, kind and fast. We had our whole order before leaving the counter.
Clean facility. Kind patrons.
Only suggestion I have is park up front or back in because if it gets busy, its hard to get out. (A bus came in so they were quite busy).

Food was okay. Could have been hotter. The manager, Heather, who took our order was unfriendly, didn’t thank us for coming in, and apparently would rather be somewhere else. I got a burger to go on the way out, and one of the line workers came out to the front counter to make sure I got everything I needed and thanked me for coming in. Heather could learn a thing or two from this guy about customer service! I just wish I would have gotten his name so he could be recognized for his steller customer service, even though he was not even working the front counter.
