I was so disappointed this morning. We usually just love coming to this Hardee’s. I had gotten a cinnamon roll and we have some places to go run errands around town. We thought this would be great to have a cinnamon roll and, so we open up the cinnamon roll and it’s cold as a wedge of cheese. And the icing is all cold up on top and . I am so disappointed the picture showed it all melted and hot and well there you go. We had gotten the smoked sausage biscuit and the picture shows it comes with egg and cheese and there weren’t no egg and cheese on it. We’ve gotten it before many times it always got sausage, egg, and cheese on it. Anyway, we’re not sure if this is just a new normal for Hardee’s. We’re not sure if we’re going back to this one.

I have always been greeted with a smile and good morning. I get the sausage and gravy biscuits in the egg and sausage biscuit hash brown and it is always really delicious ! I absolutely love this location and it’s the only one that I will go to… And they have the best sausage gravy in the world ! Matter of fact I think I’m going to get dressed and be over there by 4:00 and get me some this morning The last time I was there if they had a two for $550 I could get no several items on the menu and I got the sausage egg biscuit and I got the sausage gravy biscuit all for $5.50 that’s a good deal . Today I think I will get two sausage and gravy biscuits and bring it home. Hardee’s keep putting out the good food and the biscuit and gravy !!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Literally the worst customer service and worst food I’ve had in a long time. This place is terrible. Had to get a refund bc the toaster is apparently broken. Was never greeted and was ignored on the speaker. Crazy! Won’t be back and won’t recommend

Went inside for lunch a few days ago. Everything went as expected. I received my food and sat down to eat. I was very surprised by how good the burger looked. The lettuce was very green, the tomatoes and onions were fresh. The patty was charred nicely. This was one of the best fast food burgers I have had in a while. Excuse the photo since I ate half before remembering to take a photo. I will eat here again.

Placed my order at 11 01 did not receive it until 11:17 and this is what it looked like.. I watched many people get their orders and leave that it came in behind me and yes I know that thing’s cook at different times but I could hear the cook yelling from the back do you still need the three sliders, that would have been about 15 minutes after I ordered them. You can obviously see that they are burnt to a crisp . I went to get my money back they quickly threw everything in the Box, cold fries, greasy cookie and to top it off I had only ordered a box with two double sliders and one single slider on the side. What I received was inedible, even my dogs wouldn’t eat it. This was at the Hardee’s in Theodore, two days ago we ordered the same thing from the Hardee’s in Loxley and our order was excellent, we enjoyed it so that is why I went back again. No I will not bring my order back up there to have it replaced, I will not make the drive back to get something that should have been right in the first place. I would suggest that you do not go to this Hardee’s for any reason, even when I frequent it in the morning it is always a hassle and half the time the food isn’t right. BTW, spent 20 years working in the food industry and I know this is not how it’s supposed to be.

The food is great here but you will be over charged every time you come through. You can say you want a small hash brown and they will charge u for a large and give u a half empty box! This has happened multiple times so I feel like it’s their policy to upcharge your order!

I clearly did not get my order correctly. I asked for no mayo for a good reason..
and the clerk acknowledged that i did not want mayo on the sandwich.. and they put mayo on both sides of the bun.. deeply unsatisfied.. I haven’t been to Hardee’s in a long time, one of my best chicken fast food.. but today, I was deeply disappointed..
