Should have known better as it was 12:15PM, lunchtime, in a very busy area and I was the only vehicle in the drive thru and one vehicle parked, eating in. Too many other choices…Last time for me, Hardees.

Ordered the BFC with beyond meat. Paid $2 more to swap out the pattie only to be so disappointed. Too burned to taste any flavors, not even the jalapenos surpassed the burnt taste. The fried cheese was so hard and overcooked, there was barely any cheese inside it. Just hard, fried grease. Didn’t come with the bun as pictured. Paid $12.47 for a combo that I couldn’t eat. And to top it off, there was no coke zero. Extremely disappointed. The burger looked nothing like the advertised picture and tasted horrible. Waste of money.

The manager screamed the entire time. The employees were disrespectful to each other. The girl taking the order was rude. There were very few patrons. The place was filthy.

These people are the most un polite, un professional people I’ve ever met at a restaurant. They don’t care about their customers. They don’t ecnolog customers at the drive up menue board. When we called out, they got rude to us for asking if anyone was there. After paying for our order, they rudely asked us to pull up. Obviously, caring only about their performance on drive thru. Our order was wrong, and they got mad at us for their mistake. We won’t talk about how cold and bad the food was. All I can say is that this store has gone down the toilet! Don’t waste your time or money here! Go somewhere else! I gave them one’s because I can’t give them 0’s or negative numbers.
