Employees always horrible. Ive never had a nice or happy person. The employees at the Opp Hardes appear to hate being there. I honestly cant give Hardees in Opp a 1 on anything except when I ask for a fresh hot ham n cheese. We are pretty desperate for good fast food here in Opp, but Jack’s is the only place we have for fast food. Please teach your staff cordial manners and to have fresh food available. I was just there at 2:04 hoping for a fresh hot ham n cheese, when a young man, an employee, hollered at my car WE CLOSED! Pretty hateful scowl on his face. I won’t be back. Think I’ll ck with corporate Hardee’s to address this Opp store as being the worst ever. Esp in extremely bad customer service. Starts at the top! Happy employes equal happy customers…but never in your case.

Terrible experience! The food was cold and poorly made, and the employees were rude and unhelpful. This was by far one of the worst fast food places I’ve been to. I’ll never be coming back. One of the worst employees would be Ms.Shan she was extremely unprofessional and had no manners whatsoever.

Thankful that this place was open. However, after finding a parking spot to enjoy our meal, we were dismayed to find that our order was wrong. We did not go back to the window because we were not charged for the origin ordered price. The burgers were tasteless and the fries were soggy. And due to this virus scare, be prepared to park in one of their 10 stalls. And don’t expect a smile when they bring you your food. PS don’t do like us, be sure to check your order. also they didn’t have sweet tea when we ordered at the drive-thru so that’s sorta sucks for people that don’t like drinking soda.

I didn’t like the mushroom Swiss too much when it came down to the combo. It was 12.09 if I’m not mistaken with a large meal. The big problem I faced was there were no sauces in the bag when I asked for some I was told corporate won’t allow to give them to me without .28 cents which I had already paid for my food. I just wanted a couple of honey mustard packets and they only have four ketchup packets for customers to grab. The problem is I didn’t want ketchup, and I won’t be going to any more Hardee’s if they continue to force management to do so.

I recently visited the Opp, ALABAMA location and spent $50 on food and drinks. I ordered a ‘suicide’ fountain drink (a mix of different flavors). However, I was surprisingly denied this request.
Given that businesses often offer free drinks to employees and that purchasing a large syrup container wouldn’t significantly impact inventory, this restriction seemed unreasonable. Furthermore, the ‘do not use’ signs on the customer-side fountains were a barrier, even if I could have technically mixed the drinks myself.
I requested to speak with the Manager-on-Duty, but they refused a face-to-face conversation and maintained the denial. When I mentioned contacting corporate, the cashier acknowledged my right to do so. If I ever done that at my job as a cashier or management I would have been written up or fired for not taking care of the customer.
This experience was highly unsatisfactory. I am unlikely to return to this location and may consider patronizing competitors instead.
