Went in this morning for gravy & a biscuit. Every employee was friendly & efficient, service was not slow at all. I think it was the manager & started getting the food to the customers. She set an example for her employees & I admire her for that. Thanks to all of the employees there & thank you to the manager. The food was hot & delicious, & my decaf coffee was great.

I went through the dive through on 2/21/25 around 10:30 am The lady at the drive-through window was very rude and she actually got mad because they made a mistake on one of my drinks! She did not give me napkins or utensils to eat my low-carb bowl …. Didn’t even say you’re welcome after I thank her and slammed the drive-through window on my face. This woman needs to be reprimanded because that is not a way to treat customers. As for myself, the food was good, but I am going to think it twice before going there again! This is the Hardee’s at south Oates st in Dothan .

This Hardee’s absolutely deserves a shout-out. The staff was great — friendly, fast, and actually seemed to care. The food was fresh, hot, and made right. I’ve never left a review for a fast-food chain before, but this team earned it. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Definitely one of the best Hardee’s experiences I’ve ever had.

Food is always good, however they forgot 2 of our biscuits. Then the lady tells me to come back with a receipt after her worker never gave us a receipt lol. Besides that this is the best Hardees in Dothan taste wise.

The team here works amazing as a team and are super fast. I watched them take a stack of orders with speed and efficiency. Didn’t hear one grumble or see any bad attitude. The food was fresh and good.

We went to the drive through and sat for 5 minutes. Pulled up to the window. Honked the horn, knocked on the window, all while a manager stood there. After knocking on the window again, she yelled we are closed. Their hours state until 10. And ignored us all the while we were there.

The smallest and most pathetic biscuits I have ever seen. It was so thin they didnt cut it all the way through, it was slanted. Sad. Yall served that to a customer. Ill never go back. Employees were awesome.

If I could give no star I would. Never in my life have I been to a place so rude!! I was in the middle of ordering the rude lady working the window said $9 and some change and I was still at the window trying to finish. She did t say anything else even after I said hello I’m not done!! No wonder Hardee’s is dead. Get new workers who actually have customer service skills.

Best story here! Travelling from Florida to Indiana and my battery died in front of the store. An employee came right out asked if I needed assistance as well as a tour bus operator. The tour bus has jumper cables and the employee used his car to get me going! Can’t praise the generosity of the area!
