Slowest service ever. Over 15 minutes from order til…well still haven’t gotten my two burgers. this is my third visit to this location in three months, never more than three at a time on shift. Would NOT recommend if you are looking for FAST food.

Used the drive-thru and ordered the #4 Combo (1/3 lb burger). The service was fine but the burger and fries were cold. And, for $8, the burger was a huge disappointment as the patties were bland and didn’t look homemade. Hardee’s should close after serving breakfast because their lunch and dinner menus are killing their profits.

Each time I ordered something they were out of that particular item. I finally gave up and didn’t get anything. Their excuse was they were in between managers. That’s been the case since they opened, they seem to change management more often than they do menu items… Its very poorly managed and extremely slow. Will not go back…

Needs health and safety here. I’m watching this dude slide biscuits onto the counter without parchment paper and has not changed his gloves after touching multiple meats, cheeses, and bread. Drink machine is out of CO2. Service is the slowest I’ve ever seen and there’s 6 customers in the building.

I was at the window waiting on food. The truck behind me Just had a drink so the lady at the window walked and gave him the drink instead of asking me to move forward. This is extremely rare expecially in Montgomery where I am from. Latoya was at the window working and whoever is her manager should give her a pat on the back. Thanks for a pleasant experience at a place that I’m used to not having such a pleasant experience back in my town of Montgomery.

First my order was wrong. Ordered # 1 plain no cheese. It came with cheese and got shorted on fries. They make us pull up after they made the mistake. Then the manager walks out handed us a sandwich and said we didnt order a combo. The girl asked if we wanted to make combo large and we said no just the drink. The manager then proceeded to argue we did not order a combo, cussed my husband, and walked away. This is unacceptable! We will never eat here again and I am spreading my experience all over social media!

I love the food. The service is friendly. They do not currently serve the monster biscuit, but if I ask them, they make it for me. If they are not familiar with it, then if I show them a picture of it, they make it. Great customer service!

Tim Boswell deserve a RAISE he has been doing a lot for Hardee’s since I’ve known him. Tonight he took my order and MADE MY FOOD. He works his butt off to provide for his kid that he’s raising on his own (mind you his son is Au-some) , people need to realize some ways that people strive for they family and tim you deserve it all ❤️
