I’m giving this place a five-star. Just because I got great service! I was addressed as soon as I walked in although I had to wait a moment it was okay. Very polite and fast!. Made to order right there. I love the little snack wraps perfect size. 6$ lunch perfect price.

There seems to be few to no FAST FOOD, food junk places left in Montgomery. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE!$$$ They ask that you pull up from the window–YOU’D AT LEAST THINK YOUR ORDER WILL BE HOT.!!!

First of all customer service is slow. I was inside Hardee’s there was myself, an employee, and another customer. They had plenty of biscuits already prepared. However, it took long serving the employee which took sometime to get to me. One lady had to come in from the drive thru because her order was not complete. When I got my sausage and biscuit the top half of the biscuit crumple into pieces. Could not eat so I ate the bottom half. Overall I rate 3 stars.

It’s Hardee’s guys, but let’s review this location. Good first, they seemed efficient and kept the drive thru moving. Food was good.
Now not good. First pet peeve: the door was locked on one side of the building, Fire safety violation. Second, you didn’t get greeted until 3 minutes of standing and they didn’t take our order for maybe 5 minutes. I dined in and witnessed the shift manager make customers stand there for 5 minutes or more. Watched one couple just walk out. Soda machines in the lobby were off and hosting fruit flies and to make our wait to order more enjoyable we had to keep our eyes on the beggar soliciting outside.
Maybe a good DT location though.

Ok I am on my lunch break and run to Hardee’s 3 or 4 people ahead of me. So I get to the intercom an he say we closed. Why isn’t no sign that states what time you guys open a close. 2nd he said well what you had wanted . I told him a brown bag an he stated we only have double cheese burgers. I said ok can I get two of those with lettuce tomatoes no cheese onions. They charged me for the lettuce but I didn’t get any lettuce. One that’s stealing 2 no customer service. What’s the point of telling a manager when they all friends in there. What type of business is this. Very disappointed . I got to the the window the young lady Elizabeth was on the phone say we closed ion know why they still coming threw even my headset dead. Order number 326131 store 5401 Atlanta Highway

Ordered breakfast at drive through. They told me to pull up and wait. I waited for about 10 minutes no food. Walked inside asked for a refund. They looked at me confused about the situation. Probably still be waiting if I hadn’t gone inside. Only positive is my refund.
9/10/25 trying this location out again. The seem to still not have their act together. Who ever is taking orders for the drive through probably needs to reevaluate their life.

Beware of unsafe food and check your food before you leave! Purchased breakfast during morning rush only to reach destination and see inside the styrofoam to-go plate two paper thin strips of bacon with black stuff on it. It was not burnt. It appears to be mold! Items were also missing from the order that were on the paid receipt (hash browns and extra bacon). I have taken photos of the bacon so this can be reported to the appropriate authorities. This is unacceptable and a major health risk and concern. This is not the first time something has been wrong with an order. In the past I have had to pick at the food and throw half of it away and did so without bothering to ask for a refund or bringing it back. I shrugged it off that it was cheap, fast food and not a high quality restaurant. But MOLD?! UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I came today from Birmingham to take my Dad to a doctors appointment. There is a manager there her name is Carrie. She opened the door for us as we were walking in (my dad uses a Cane he is 89 years old ) she took out order and explained at a time the restaurant is not as busy they cook everything fresh to order. We waited about 4 minutes for our fresh food. She had us pick out a table and delivered our drinks and food to us. It was so nice to be treated like that. When we were done she removed the tray and anything was to be thrown out for us. I did enjoy that I had a wonderful meal with my Dad and to be waited on with wonderful customer service. She said she was new there. Glad she chose Hardees. Or should I say glad they chose her.

I went into Hardee’s last night with my three children. I assume the lady there was a manager as she was wearing a different shirt. My kids saw her walk outside walking towards the road with a big cup of what I assume is water. There was a man at the bus stop sitting there for sometime. He looked older 80 or 90. My kids said mom what is she doing ? I watched as she took that man water. I said she is being the kind of person I hope that you will be. It was a little strange that that very same woman was cleaning windows and seemed to never stop. The other two employees were just sitting around on their phones. I guess hard help is hard to find. One out of three isn’t bad. I hope she gets phrased for my review. That act of kindness in today’s world is rare.

I would give y’all a five star Kerrie was beyond the best with customer service her people skills are above and beyond what a fast food service business could ask for she really goes out of her way and she is just a very happy likable easy going person in which is hard to find these days!!!!
