Who ever the manager/ cashier that was taking orders has a very nasty attitude. It makes you even more uglier than you originally are. I asked for a biscuit and gravy COMBO with a coke. She asked did I want to add an apple pie? I said sure. Once I pulled up to the window the young lady repeated the wrong order. The lady/ cashier taking the orders came to the window rushing the young lady at the window so, til they gave me two burned raisin biscuits. As I turned around to return the order I walked up to the counter. The manager/cashier said you got the raisin biscuits? I said no thinking she was asking me did I order that. I said no I ordered the gravy biscuits. She said very nasty with a skull cap on her head looking like a beaver by the mouth. THATS WHAT I SAID. I just took my food and left. No customer service ethics AT ALL. And to top it gave me the wrong food. And you have an attitude… please. Hardee’s do better with your hiring process.

I was told to drive around another vehicle waiting on an order. I parked around front and parked in the next available parking spot. The Hardee’s Associate did not bring my order out to my car. After about15 minutes, I had to drive back through the drive through to retrieve my order. Needless to say my food tasted as though it had been tampered with. I had to throw my order in the thrash. I will not ever again visit the Hardee’s on Ann Street in Montgomery, Alabama.

Breakfast is always great here. Service good and food hot. A shame that Hardee’s dinner menu has suffered over the years. I can remember when I worked at Quincy’s Family Steakhouse over twenty years ago and dinner menu at both was great. Both companies were under same umbrella. Now I only go to Hardee’s just for breakfast and Quincy’s is long gone. This restaurant is up to date and clean.

We was rushed through the drive thru to order then when we got our food the burgers was cold the fries was hot though. We had to take the burgers home and heat them up cheese wasn’t melted and meat was cold. They said there wasn’t nothing they could do about it.

Haven’t eaten at Hardee’s in years, but decided to change that today. I got the Double Monster Burger combo while my partner in crime opted for a cheeseburger and the Big Ham & Cheese combo.
Everything was fresh, hot, and tasted great. We might be back for chili dogs before the month is out.

The food here is usually very good. Its the customer service that’s terrible. Today the woman working the front counter was also working the drive through. She was flustered and unnecessarily rude. The menu board had “temporarily out of stock” taped over it in places. She seemed annoyed with questions about the menu. After several attempts of trying to place an order and her rudely pointing at the menu board, restating what did I want to order and turning her back on me to serve orders at the window I got tired of waiting and left to get breakfast somewhere else.

I eat at Hardee’s in FL, where I’m from, regularly, and I have never had an experience like this. The drive thru line was 6 cars deep and I was in a hurry, so I came inside to order. No one was at the register so I waited. A woman finally said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” No problem. Then she said “sir, it would be faster if you would just go get in the drive thru line.” I said, “well, there were a ton of cars and no one inside, so that’s why I came in.” She responded, “well that’s not how it works.” Ok… Finally a woman came to take my order. I waited quite a while, watching them fill all the drive thru orders (even those placed after mine) on the screen. While I was waiting, my daughter said “Daddy, you forgot to order my water.” So when they brought my order, I kindly told the worker that I was very sorry, but I had forgotten to order a cup of water, and asked if I could just have a cup for some water. She told me no, I had to order it with my order, otherwise it would be a separate order and I had to pay $1.35. Seriously? Her solution was that she would have to put it on the order of the woman behind me in line. So then I had to stand there for another 5 minutes and wait for the woman behind me to order and pay, before they would just hand me a cup. My family was passing through on our way to a reunion in Florence, and we had spent the night in Montgomery. The service and unprofessionalism at this restaurant is terrible. I understand that they were dealing with the morning rush and everyone has a bad day, but this was truly ridiculous. I was patient, I wasn’t rude, I didn’t raise my voice – in short, I did nothing to deserve the treatment I received. It was like I was putting them all out by entering their restaurant. Hardee’s needs to know that this is how they’re being represented. If I’d had another option and hadn’t been in a hurry, I’d have walked out. I’d avoid this location if at all possible.
