Food is good. young black American girl that works opening shift is so rude it never fails and she does not know how to greet or talk to anyone and they have the nerve to have her on the headset and at the window all the time. She needs some serious training and need to leave her attitude at home. I don’t even feel comfortable letting her make my food cause her energy is so bad. Consistently bad to the point it’s contagious. The rest of the crew members are very nice and welcoming.

The district manager was here today and one of the other employees announced and said “this is our district manager and she is here too “help”.” This woman had no idea what she was doing, all I asked was too add butter on my biscuit… which is one of the most basic question for breakfast time. She looked like I was speaking gibberish and said whatever and proceeded to give me my receipt and nowhere did it say anything about what I asked for. If that is y’all’s “district manager”, yall need help. She slowed them down and made it even more chaotic than it was.

They had no drinks available there were no napkins out in the dining area because no one had filled them. The food wasn’t good and they were messing up every order. The sad part is they weren’t busy!

I always hit up Hardee’s when I travel. Their steak and tomato homemade bisquits are my top priority, and the fact that they’ve stretched out breakfast until noon is also a plus. Great job Hardee’s
