Every time I go there after dialysis, and want freshly cooked hash rounds, they just take old ones and refry them. This is about the 4th time this year.

We are driving home from Biloxi to Raleigh. Let’s start with the building is locked up without a notice or sign indicating both doors are locked. We went through the drive through in which we prefer not to do. Ordered one of the breakfast combos and a cherry biscuit.
The food was not hot. It was barely warm. I got the cherry biscuit and it’s disgusting. I will be throwing it away. It had maybe 5 cherries and the breading was hard. Not soft like biscuits that are hot or fresh. The white frosting was hard like it’s been out a while.

The sign says it is open at 0400 but the lobby is locked. I walked to the drive through window and asked the lady what time the lobby was going to open. Her reply was “well it ain’t open now”. The fact that I had walked to the window and asked should have been her first clue that I knew it wasn’t open now. I’m not sure who the opening manager is but for the right price I think I could have that problem fixed within a few days. for the company and it will teach the workers that are there as a stepping stone how jobs in the world are ran.

The food was awesome, but the service was OK and ice cream machine wasn’t even working. It was kind of trashy in there but most fast food places or drive-through now so it was ok. I would give it 3 1/2 stars if I could, but I can only give it four because I’m generous.

1:30 pm on Sunday during the torrential rainstorm. We stopped for lunch on our way home to Birmingham. The board showed the breakfast menu. None of the three people supposedly working ever looked at us, they totally ignored that we had entered the store. There were no other customers, and it’s obvious why. Awful awful.
