This low rating baffles me cause they’ve never messed up my food. They are always super super friendly at the drive through. Skip the line at mcdonald’s and go get something that actually tastes like it was made in your kitchen from scratch instead of frozen

Rewarded fries with napkins straps attached.
Grilled cheese burger wasnt grilled, the meat barely melted any of the cheese.
I started polite, yet the “manager”, seemed to lack any customer care skills during the initial purchase. She showed zero care for the initial fry complaint. Just took fries to garbage. Refused refund after I inspected the burger finding it lacking & cold at its core.
I finally spoke ugly & left with the food for my neighbor’s dog since refund & gift card refused.
Not going back again to talk to GM.
If the shift lead cannot issue a refund, dont be there alone….

Eggs were greasy, bacon was burnt, gravy was lumpy, potatoe rounds were not fully cooked and full of grease. Employees just acted like they just didn’t want you there. The manager with the funny hat is just rude, “you missed the sausage egg and cheese biscuit on the screen, not me…” cleanliness of the place could use a lot of improvement.
Oh and to the lady manager I’m pretty sure if you eat there on the clock you and the employees are supposed to pay for your food not you just write it off bc you don’t want to leave the place for lunch…. oh and the employees were constantly eating fries out of the warmer. I’ve ate at many Hardee’s and it’s one of my favorite places to eat, but this one is one I won’t come back to.

Stopped by here last night I was the only customer there ordered to combo meals one a a burger the other a chicken sandwich. Since when are we being charged extra for lettuce and pickles on a burger? Yep! extra! Asked for a sweet tea they said we don’t have any, The sign says you do…she meant they didn’t have any made. Mind you the employees were just all standing around, then I had to wait just a few minutes for the chicken sandwich, no problem, however, it was tasteless and over cooked tasted the grease it was fried with more. The fries were not fresh just reheated and was cold when I got home and I live down the street from that establishment. My question is burgers aren’t burgers w/o lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and onions so why is it extra for these items? Is that normal? A quarter a piece is what i was told the cost for add ons. Ridiculous!!!!

Owner reached out I did the steps as requested to further look into my issue and they were notifying the team lead and nothing..haven’t heard anything since, been over a week I hope that’s not common practice.

IN the GAME with DOC
It was Lunch time, and the parking lot and Drive thru where empty. While the McDonalds, just across the road was packed. We first thought they were closed, because the drive thru was empty. But, they where open.
We ordered at the drive-thru and I got out and went inside to check out the dining room and bathrooms. The dining room was empty but it was clean. And the bathroom, as you see from the pictures, was just as clean. Service was fast. They had our food ready in less then 45 seconds. And the staff was courteous.
My brother got the fish sandwich and I got the burger. They were huge absolutely delicious.
I highly recommend the Hardee’s, and give them an all around A+. This Hardee’s is on the South bound side. There is a red light for those coming from the North bound side. Which makes it safe and easy to access.
Great tasting Burger, with fresh toppings. Not too mention, Hardee’s sandwiches are Huge!

My Frisco burger is terrible!!! It’s a patty melt which means it get GRILLED!!!! This bread is just pulled from the bag and thrown on my cold burger! Never go here again!!!! I tried to eat it anyway because I’m hungry but it’s awful

I was the only one in the inside. And I only ordered a frisco combo. Tool them 15mins to get my order. Not to mention others cane in after me and got there oder pronto. I don’t know but I won’t be back the employees wasn’t taking getting the orders out serious. It was circus. Please do better
