Went this morning to get breakfast for my Husband and myself . Absolutely worst experience and food . Asked for smoked sausage got a regular sausage biscuit. Gravy was barely in the bowls . Then to top it off went to eat the one thing I was looking most forward too . The cinnamon raisin biscuit looked as if it had been torn apart on purpose .
Very disappointed and saddened .

The Rogersville AL store is under a new general manager. She is so much different than the previous general manager. Her team is so polite, kind, knowledgeable, and full of smiles. The food is spot on. Biscuits made as perfect as you could ask for. What a huge difference in all aspects of the previous management team and the way the store is run. I’ll be a regular guest from now on.

If you advertise you serve breakfast until 12:00 pm you should make sure you have the supplies to actually make breakfast until 12:00 pm. Being told at 11:30 am that “we run out of biscuits” isn’t following through with what you advertised, and probably why Hardee’s is failing as a business

This location was so incredibly friendly. We arrived in town during the changeover from breakfast to lunch, not only did they offer us the remaining breakfast items that they have but offered to cook more, which I thought was very kind of them. There’s nothing like that small town charm that you dont typically receive in the city.

Food and atmosphere was good but i have a problem with the service. Didn’t get all the food I paid for. Wasn’t worth the gas to drive back for. So I recommend everyone who goes there to check your bags and receipts before you leave there.

Food was good. Meal deals are great price, but regular menu items are higher than the competition. What the mail flyers for good/cheap deals.
Dinning area fairly clean.
Some of the staff were very cordial while some were more “indifferent” than anything… making it seem they were uninterested in serving me.
The parking lot had trash in it and restrooms were needing cleaning as well as being dated and in need of some maintenance.
I would eat there again, but would not like it to be known that I recommended it…

If I could give less than one star here, I would. My wife and I spent almost $20 on our two Frisco combos…only for it to have rare bacon on it…not quite raw, but almost. The bacon wasn’t even brown. It looked like it was cooked for about 20 seconds…we get that after Coke was out on both soda fountains, the napkin dispensers on our table (and surrounding tables) were empty, and the ketchup dispenser was out…not to mention it was pretty dirty on most tables…I have worked fast food in my life and this was just lazy…they weren’t even busy. Totally sucked and will not be back

Monday morning I stopped by Hardee’s in Rogersville Al. and order a couple egg sausage biscuits with a senior coffe, the waitress gave me a very small coffee and charged me $1.85 for it, and the biscuits were dried out, and she was rude, the seniors discount says we get drinks for 33 cents, so I didn’t buy it, and went across the street to Mc Donald’s and bought my coffee for 85 cents, I want be going back to Hardee’s in Rogersville!
