Great food at a good price. The service was good good, too. The lady at the counter was quick, but still friendly. She had to be, they were busy. I had breakfast and my husband had lunch. We both got just what we ordered and it was good.

My daughter ordered a biscuit to eat on the way to work. She was about halfway done when she looked at it and saw this. She then went back to attempt to get a refund. She was met with hostility and flat out refusal to rectify this situation. No refund was given. The “manager in training”, per her name tag, told my daughter that they could not give a refund, and that she would have to contact corporate. My daughter was also told that this was NOT hair in the biscuit. Regardless if it was hair or not, there’s something that obviously does not belong in a biscuit (See pictures). When my daughter questioned why this couldn’t be handled right then, they threatened to call the cops. Take a look at the pictures and tell me why this is the product being sold at Hardee’s. If this was on 1 biscuit, it was on others. I plan on making these pictures as public as I can.

Clean, inexpensive, and quick.
When it comes to a quick cheap breakfast meal Hardees is one of my go to restaurants. However not all are the same. This one inpaticular was one of the cleanest I’ve been to. There wasn’t a speck of dirt in the main area and all the tables/seats were clean. The bathrooms were clean and smelled freshly cleaned. The mood in the building was a low happy chatter produced from the older folk conversing. My only grip is that the lady taking orders wasn’t very friendly but she wasn’t rude either just short to the point. I recommend eating here if you enjoy a quick and tasty bite to eat.

It is a really good place to eat at. It is just a fast food so it looks the exactly the same, and tastes the same. It did take a little bit to get my sweat tea but it wasn’t that long. I did notice too that my order was a bit long, I think it was because the person that was BEHIND us got there food first.

This rating is for the BEYOND SAUSAGE biscuit. I love Hardee’s biscuits but whatever this is they’re trying to pass as (edible) sausage substitute is NASTY! Tastes like an old sock. Really, it reminds me of the soy burgers we used to get in school with the smell of chemical seasonings so much I think it would be a good fire starter.

Visited this n location on 6.15.25. The GM there is amazing! She walked in after I ordered and noticed how long I had been waiting for my order and asked her staff what was taking so long. They told her they were awaiting on chicken. She told them they needed to make my whole order again so it would be fresh. She apologized that it took longer than expected but no apology was needed. I appreciate her taking minute to see what was going on and using that as a teaching moment for them. I think they should send her to all restaurants sonshe can show them how to operate!
