Your employees play too much. I politely greeted Aminah at the register who then looked away and kept giggling with the other employees while people who didn’t work there kept going in and out of the kitchen door. She glanced back at me and then began yapping at someone else and I said, “Ma’am are you ready?” Incredibly dismissive and supremely rude. The people seemed friendly enough but they had about 20 sandwiches on the warmer which I understand they wanted to get people out quick but I ask for a BEC brisket add a sausage patty and instead of making me a new sandwich they gave me the sausage in a bowl. Last I checked it wasn’t my job to add anything to my food. On top of that the only thing that was actually warm was the sausage. What happened to cook to order? Your workers seem more interested getting people out quick instead of the quality of the food.
