I love to eat at Hardee’s but I’m feed up with pulling forward I’m drive through ! They spend more time arranging pulling people forward than they do just getting order ready. And today she ask me to pull up and park in handicap parking. Just fix the orders as they come and stop pulling people forward.

I haven’t been here since the place burned down. The interior is much nicer now. I ordered a gravy biscuit combo and my friend ordered a steak biscuit combo. The gravy was packed separately in a styrofoam cup and it was good and hot! The biscuit was perfect. The hash browns weren’t as brown as they should have been, but they were still good. The steak biscuit was great too. It was good to know the quality of the food hadn’t changed.

I don’t have time on my very brief lunch break to dispute a wrong order. Just paid for a #4, monster quarter lb’er, got handed a disgusting mushroom swiss.
The ONE day I felt like treating myself to a decent lunch I get bent over a rail. Got no answer when I called back immediately. Got no way to dispute the charge. And I don’t have social media to go complain at them on twitter or alike. Now all I can do is come here and complain.
Just a “#4 with a coke,” and I wasted my time and money. Fantastic!

Waited 30 minutes for a burger, had to ask for it 3 times. Received attitude then a brief period later the completely wrong order. Having celiac disease and no more time on my lunch break I tossed it and left. Waste of time and more importantly money.

I stopped in this location for breakfast on 7/7/25 @7:00 am. While waiting to have my order taken the guy making biscuits dropped some dough on the floor. Picked it up and put it back in the dough to be prepared

The manager of this location, Michelle, is incredible. She is so friendly, personable, and professional. My daughter adores her and makes a point to have us stop by Hardee’s just to see her “girl” Michelle when she is in town to visit. Michelle remembers her apparently from years of ago when they built a connection before 2020. Says a lot about Michelle’s character and heart. This location has a wonderful leader and manager that my family just loves. Will always come back for the food, but mostly for Michelle!
