I’m a frequent flyer at this location and this morning I’m assuming the manager or one of the managers was talking to his employees like trash. If you’re going to be rude do it when you don’t have customers who can hear you or better yet don’t do it at all. I know how hard those employees work and that is completely uncalled for. Seriously disrespectful and unprofessional on his part. One of my favorite ladies works here and makes my day every morning. Learn to be nicer to your employees.

Love Thierry food. However, everytime I order on mobile for pick up or delivery, my order is always wrong, more so with delivery. For example, today I made an order, it was delivered and I didn’t get my shake. What’s really annoying me right now is, I can’t even get through to them on the phone to let them know. Never can. Smh.
