Have done an online order from here 3 times now whenever I am out in this area visiting. Of course im usually going to be a lil late getting somewhere, but each time my food was ready for pick up and was still warm and good to eat. My drinks were not made til I arrived which I very much appreciated.

All the tables were dirty. Food was cold, cheese not melted on sandwiches. Was not a good experience, or good food at all, and it wasn’t even busy. Dining area was empty.

Very nice area to eat. The manager “Shawnita” and staff are pretty nice. There are 2 accessible tables available. There is also a seating area that has plugs for charging your phone.

I really like this Hardee’s spot. They’re clean, quick and the food is obviously great. We have Carl’s Jr.s back in CA which is very much close to Hardee’s but they’re messy and their food isn’t always great so I prefer this place over Carl’s Jr. any day! Also I honestly love how sweet the staff are when serving our food at our table. Highly recommend you trying this location.

I’m glad that we have a hardee’s in alabaster. My husband picked some burgers up and we enjoyed them. I think the burgers could have used much less mayo, though. My complaints: my husband mentioned the parking lot was weird and we didn’t get any napkins with the order. Good food, though.

Came through for a meal at store #1506347 in Alabaster. As they were making our food, the manager was called back to look at something unsatisfactory. When I got my food, I found that what they were looking at was ants. There were ants in the wrap, burger. When I brought the food back, the worker who made the food, Marquetta, made it seem that I just wanted free food. Upon asking for a receipt, I was told if I wanted to speak to someone, the manager was right there while they were hesitant to give me the receipt. If you do go here, be sure to check for ants and look before you eat.

Very seldom do write reviews but this place needs a review. That lady taking orders was polite but that’s where the positive ends. Half the soft drink dispensers were out and in disrepair with water on the floor so we ordered tea which was absolutely terrible. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was terrible. The beef patty and the bacon was cold. Totally disgusting and the cheeseburger my wife ordered was cold as well. I told the lady the burgers were cold so she put them in the microwave for a few seconds and told me “ they’re warm now”. If you plan to go here… just drive by a throw your $25 or $30 out the window. Don’t waste your money here.
