Went in to use the facility. Wanted to eat in but inside was a line. Very clean though inside. Drive through was fast 8 minutes from the time I ordered to when I got my food so not bad at all. Food was hot and hit the spot I chose hardees because McDonald’s just doesn’t seem to care about their presentation or if the food is hot or correct. I was able to get back on the interstate and be on time. Thank you for a great experience Hardees.

I don’t think I’d come back here even though it looks wonderful and the people seem nice there was hair in my hash browns.. medium length and silver none of us match
The more expensive omelette biscuit was literally like one egg and smaller than my key fob as seen in the photo…
The grilled cheese breakfast sandwiches came out nice but they are the specialty item at the moment
pretty disappointing though overall
And they gave us a large root beer that was almost cream soda colored aka had no flavor in it we had to dump out and refill ourselves..
luckily we had checked it before leaving because they had secured the top of the cup with stickers to go
$9 for a hash brown a sausage biscuit with no egg on it and a drink that isn’t adequate is ridiculous and we got that for five people

Worst Hardee’s EVER.
We have traveled many miles. And it’s sad to see that the worst Hardee’s is in our backyard.
SAD.
Manager took my money, then left. My frys and FOUR chicken strips (ordered 5), had to wait for 7 minutes for my messy burger. Over $25 bucks…I had to return the burger. Frys were cold as well as the FOUR STRIPS. I ate the strips and left. I should have asked for all of my cash.
Sad, no pride anymore….in anything.

Gentleman throwing down in the kitchen was on top of the game. Food was hot, fresh, and made right. The gal at counter was awesome as well, bouncing back and forth from drive thru to counter to make sure everyone’s orders were taken in a timely manner and no one person had to wait longer than another. They were crushing it as a team.

Loving yourself starts with eating healthier. I am trying. Over the road trucking being busy no excuses this by far is the best no carb burger I have found wow unbelievable they were so nice so kind. I felt like the bun was on it when I felt the package. it was had all of the Fixins. I told him to make it crazy

I walked in at around 5 PM and was immediately made to feel unwelcome by the cashier. He kept staring at his cash register screen and then looked up. No smile, no hello, no how can I help you, nothing. I asked if I can take my order, and he just nodded while giving me a stink eye, as if I was an inconvenience to him. Then when my order was ready, he simply handed me the bag without any thank you or acknowledgement. It’s a pity because I love the food from Hardees. The leadership and management need to ask themselves why not enough people visit their locations enough. And the reason is because of the rude cashier who obviously needs to be retrained in customer service. If it’s the case that he doesn’t like his job, then he should resign and look elsewhere. Otherwise, a friendly face and demeanor is a must.
