The service was great when we stopped off on the way home driving from a doctor visit in Orlando. The were great and friendly. It was nice to sit inside and eat. The break inside with the cold weather and late time was greatly appreciated. The ladies here were just great. The food was quick and accurate too. The location was clean. They had been cleaning when we arrived. Would consider stopping again if we are close by. Thank you

Food was delicious! Everything was hot and fresh, the cashier was fabulous even though we only seen 2 workers and the restaurant was getting busy, she was fair. Jumping between drive thru and front counter I feel she did an amazing job. They were busy but she didn’t stop. Great job! ☺️

I came through the drive through where LAKEISHA was working. First, I was over charged for a medium meal when all I asked for was a small. I got serious attitude from her when I requested for the price to be adjusted and told “that’s what the price says on my screen” and “well that’s what you ordered ain’t it”. After the price was adjusted and I paid with cash my change was literally thrown back to me by her and dropped on the ground. I had to open my door and grab it. I said it’s okay I’ll get it! I was then told it would be 4 minutes on my food I said ok no problem. She comes back to the window with someone else’s food and said “I told you it would be 4 minutes on your food” didn’t tell me to pull ahead and wait so how am I supposed to know? Then told me I could come in and get my money back and I did because her attitude was unappetizing! I came in for a refund and the heavier guy ”shift leader” offered no apologies and Lakeisha continued to make rude comments to me while I was receiving my refund. Again never once was I offered an apology. This type of work ethic should not be tolerated in customer service especially from a said manager! She has the poorest attitude for a grown woman supposed to be running a store.
My son and I come in weekly for breakfast. We won’t be back if this is the atmosphere you provide for your customers!!!

This location of Hardee’s in lake Alfred is my stop every Sunday after church for the last weeks because is amazing that they have breakfast until noon and every time I visit the store is clean ,the food is fresh, but the service of one of the employees is outstanding her name is Keisha , she’s is very friendly, take your order right away, she shows that she takes her job very seriously, and she always check to be sure that my order go out fresh, keep the good job Keisha don’t put your guard down that’s the best way to keep a store always in good shape, been constantly,steady.

They should change their chicken tenders’ name to “Mini Chicken Tenders” haha.
If you are used to chicken tenders at Publix like me then lower your expectations here.
I ordered 3 pc. thinking it should be plenty for the evening snack. Got home and saw there were 2 mini chicken tenders(or oversized nuggies) and 3rd was mostly just fried breading, lol. Chicken was tender though so I gave them extra stars for that.
I won’t be gonging back.
