I had such a great experience today at Hardee’s! The guy at the register went above and beyond for us – super friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was right. He double-checked our order, made sure the food came out hot and fresh, and didn’t miss a thing. It’s rare to see that level of care these days, but he really took the time to make sure we were taken care of. Huge thanks to him for the great service – he made our visit that much better!

Came to the drive thru and was promptly greeted. Was offered the amazing cinnamon raisin biscuit with my meal. Service was quick. The cashier Sydney was amazing and had the best attitude. Will be returning to see the great crew and get great food.

Had delivery from door dash. Received chicken biscuit instead of loaded omelet meal I ordered and received a pink lemonade instead of Holly jolly sparkler I ordered! The store should have called me to notify me of them being out of the drink. They said door dash driver texted me but their text/message showed up after they had delivered my food! I asked to speak to general manager and they gave me to someone named Ashley who actually hung up on me!! I want to hear from the actual store manager and franchise owner

I always enjoy Hardee’s. The food was well prepared and tasted great as customary. There was no traffic at this location and i was the only one dining inside. Peaceful, quiet and the servers were very pleasant.

I could hear what the manager was saying to his people. He was very polite telling them they were doing good and he appreciated them, and his tone was just very upbeat and any of the other people we dealt with were very friendly and nice.

Manager had the worst attitude this morning. Couldn’t get waited on for a while and people started to walked out. We finally got waited on and she had a attitude like she didn’t even want us there. Didn’t even get what we ordered. Order sausage cheese and biscuit got a smoke sausage biscuit. Will not be back!

Let me tell you about these burnt tenders they just served me and wasn’t embarrassed about it at all. Disgusting taste. Burnt oil tasting and overcooked dried out. Crazy that people just don’t care anymore. I’ll never go back to a Hardee’s! And almost $11 for a 3 piece tender meal. Never again
