Very pleasant staff and solid breakfast options!
I ordered through the Hardee’s website and used a coupon. There was an initial, tiny issue with the order. The new district manager, Michael Brown, truly went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciate the effort and will be coming back to this location!

ZERO STARS – I went to this location on 12/24/25 and arrived at 1:48 pm. The hours clearly stated there were open until 2 pm this day. There was a line in the drive through that no employees were seeing to.
I tried to go in to the store to purchase a gift card. The employees had all the doors locked and had already closed down the store. I tried knocking on the door and the employee did not come to the door at first until I continued knocking. When she finally answered, she was extremely rude and unprofessional and stated among many things that they were closed and would not take any orders, Despite what the hours on the door said.
They would not even sell me gift cards, which is what I went for. They locked the door on me and walked away. I then knocked again until someone came back to the door and asked for a corporate number to report this, and I was given a fake phone number.
If you’re going to post your business hours, then those need to be your business hours.
This location is not convenient for me and I drove 20 minutes across town to come here to purchase gift cards and was denied services.

904 and door still locked. Not letting anyone in or serving. This Hardee’s needs to hire people with work ethic.
Ok. We went again this morning at 740 am. Dining room still locked and only drive through being served. This happened at the Apalachee location and it closed. I see closing in this locations future. It’s sad to see this happen.

Horrible food and even more horrible service provided by the morning manager Lakedra. The biscuits were burnt, literally smelled burned. Instead of providing customer service, she was rude and would not accept the fact that these biscuits were burned, instead she blamed me by saying I should have asked for a lighter biscuit when ordering. NOT ACCEPTABLE at all!!! This is my money, my food, you get it right or find another job.

Drive thru was closed this morning, went into the store for my order and 5 people standing around talking and laughing, one girl on the register. Many people just left instead of going inside, don’t know if the owners know but you lost business this morning over this.

The food was good! Service was fast. The only concern I had was with the buckets used to refill the ice machine. Dirty outside and on inside. Luckily, the fountain drinks are cold, so I didn’t get ice.
