Long wait at speaker for a unfriendly to the point what can I get you. I ordered super bacon biscuit meal. And 2 for 5 deal. 2 sausage and egg. I went to the window to pay got my change. I was never asked what I wanted to drink. I said something to find out oh you want the combo. Yes that’s what I had said. The girl said no problem. Was getting me a drink and hash rounds after asking me what size. I said med I guess I just want the combo. Then she came back and said I had to pay. I said sure the difference between the sandwich and combo price. Then the manager had to come and take care of me. By explain that the price and what I’m ordering isn’t the same. I told her I want whatever size the sign shows. Then I was told I couldn’t get my tea. That combo comes with a small coffee. I said the already made half and half tea. I was told for the med tea and hash rounds. For 6 dollars and change. I told her just give me small combo price. So she refunded my order that was wrong and then he rang the order. I paid again. I got my food and a coffee which I didn’t want. Okay before leaving I let the manager know that she was letting a customer leave unhappy. She asked me to repeat that so I did. Then she defended prices of the company. She lied and said the girl who took my order repeated it. So now my food sitting there I’m getting the run around by your manager. I just wanted my order right and for my trouble of dealing with incompetent employees. The manager had a tea made but went out of her way to go get me a coffee I didn’t want. The manager wasn’t being rude except she’s arguing with customers over pennies. What is going on I get home and the biscuits aren’t cooked enough. Very light color mushy inside. No I’m not taking pictures. Enough is enough. I have over 30 years experience in customer service in the food industry. Nice people don’t always make the right decisions. Train,train,train. Managers shouldn’t be this argumentative.

Never had Hardee’s and never will again. DO NOT EAT AT THE ONE IN STARK, FL. The food tasted OLD AS HELL , and I mean OLD! LIke it been sitting ! The oil probably needed to be changed. I shoulda took pics lol but we had been driving for HOURS so we ate it anyways. Even the atmosphere of the restaurant felt gross. Go anywhere else and save your dollars

Hardee’s used to have high standards, but today, those were not met. The lobby was closed, so we went to the drive-through. The difficulty in ordering should have been the first sign of how the rest of the visit would be. When paying, the cashier was not friendly, nor did she repeat the order-as the usual procedure. When the food was handed to us, there wasn’t even a ‘thank you for your business’.
We drove down the road and opened the bag. The patties were much smaller than the bun and WAY overcooked and very thin. The fries were not hot, greasy, and not good. We were already on the road, or this order would have been returned. The decline in pride, courtesy, and customer service is unfortunate.
That was our last time at Hardee’s.

I went to Hardee’s during my lunch break and never received my food.
I was instructed to go wait in a parking space for my meal, and after 35 minutes of waiting I still never received my food. I eventually had to go back inside and request my money back for the transaction. It is extremely inconvenient for working individuals coming through the drive through to have to wait longer than their lunch break allows

The food here is ALWAYS excellent! The service not so much. Not sure what the point of using their app to order ahead of time so in theory you should be able to just walk in and pickup your order at the time they specify it will be ready.
The last 5 or 6 times I have placed my order through the app and every time I have shown up usually 5 minutes AFTER they say it will be ready (in case they got busy) and they always start to prepare my order when I arrive.
The whole point of ordering through the app is so I don’t have to waste half of my 30 minute lunch break waiting for my food to be prepared and stand in line
The food is ALWAYS amazing at this location the service or lack thereof is terrible! I don’t see myself going back to this location ever again which is a shame I am going to miss their delicious biscuits and gravy for breakfast and the always good Hot Ham ‘N Cheese for lunch and/or dinner
