The employees and service was great. The food was a different story. I will not eat at Hardee’s anymore. I asked for fresh fries. And I got them. But the burger was disgusting. It was a chewy floppy mustard disc. I haven’t ever had a burger like that. And I don’t ever want another.
I couldn’t do anything about it, I was already headed back to work when I opened the burger.

Worker locked the door on a customer trying to get in because she “had just mopped there,” and told her to go around the other side of the buildings entrance. How absolutely rude, who does that? You don’t want to serve customers so bad that you actively look them in the eyes while you lock the door as they’re reaching for the handle. If you want good service I would NOT recommend this location. I’d expect this behavior from McDonald’s but not Hardee’s.

Bad experience. The two girls had way to much free time to play around. Caused my chicken sandwich to burn . Oil not changed. Then when asked to remake , they got snobby and mocked me . So much rudeness. And disrespected. That’s what happens when there is no management on duty. So Sad.

Honestly I’m giving it a five because the girls who were working today were very nice, the place was spotless and they were still cleaning it! I was there around 3:40 p.m. on Sunday January 10th, which is today. I’m giving the date because they. should props for that 🙂 and I love Hardee’s so the food was good 🙂 so yeah if you’re in the area it’s connected to the gas station LOL

Staff is always friendly, orders are made fresh and quickly. Thats is my experience 90% of the time and I am a patron here semi frequently. Any other time has only been minor things due to staff shortages or a very busy and stressful period of the day, not anything the staff on hand could really address.

I went through the drive through for the Frisco burger and some fries the speaker box could use a little work but you listen close and you can work with it the service was friendly and quick the food was hot and delicious

I just went by for lunch on my way to mcclenny. I ordered the double superstar combo no Mayonnaise. The lady at the speaker was very nice and got my order a 100% correct. The lady at the window was very polite nice And smiled the old time. I got my food and everything was correct and it was all very fresh and hot and tasted great. Even the Dr. Pepper was extra Amazing. Overall the lunch was amazing very hard to get at a fast food place especially in Lake City. 10 out of 10 Thank you

The customer service was disgusting!! The manager was rude. They messed up my order I just wanted a refund after the manager was so nasty. She started saying something in Spanish I kept repeating myself. She insulted me numerous times. I will never eat here again!!!! So disgusting
