Got a loaded breakfast burrito this morning on way to work. I got to work took a bite out of burrito, the tortilla was hard like it has been sitting outside the pack for two days, the meat looked like ground up dog food, it tasted horrible, I used to love hardees but now they lost a customer.

My family and I recently visited Hardees for breakfast and placed an order totaling around $50. In addition, we purchased a meal for a young gentleman outside who was in need, as an act of kindness.
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing.
Part of our order was missing… a biscuit and jelly. The biscuits we received were not fresh. After realizing the mistake, we drove back 10 minutes to have the order corrected. When we asked for a replacement biscuit meal due to the quality issues, the manager responded rudely, stating, “We don’t give out free food over here.”
We were not asking for free food, only for the missing and poorly prepared items to be corrected. Given the cost of our order and the effort to return, this response felt disrespectful and dismissive.
I hope Hardee’s takes customer satisfaction more seriously than what we experienced. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that better training and accountability can be implemented at this location.

Waste of time and money. With employees as rude and careless as this, it’s no wonder they can’t stay open for normal hours and will hopefully shut down soon. The employees will snap at you in the drive thru for asking any questions no matter how polite you are and will forget 1/4 of your already stale and poorly made order every time. And the management (just as poor and careless) will antagonize you for getting your money back. These employees genuinely don’t know how to operate around other human beings, and are too grown to behave the catty, snippy way that they do towards completely polite strangers when THEY are the ones not doing their jobs correctly. This place will close soon hopefully and be replaced with people who actually want to do their jobs. At least it looked clean when I had to come back inside and argue for my money back.

Every single time I come here the food is fantastic, but the attitude of majority of the employees INCLUDING management, is awful. I get treated like dirt. I am respectful, polite and have manners. They give me an attitude. Only a few are respectful. I get it i hate customer service too but still don’t take it out on me

Even though I went through the drive-thru. I had a great experience at this Hardee’s restaurant. As you can see the food looks just like the advertise pictures that you see on TV commercials. You couldn’t ask for a higher quality of food. Everything was hot fast and delicious… PS didn’t know they had grits you can get those and replace of the hash rounds..

Poor customer service from front counter. Counting money drawer on counter at 9am instead of helping customers. Drive through out to Airport Thruway and line inside. People in back just standing. No ice. Food not ready for breakfast. One door open to go in and out. No tea. Breakfast menu not showing. Employees parked at front door. Never had this kind of service here. 9:40 in the morning and people walking and driving off.
