I stopped in for a bathroom break and the bathroom was absolutely filthy as it could be.
The toilet paper was completely empty and the toilet bowl was nasty as all get out.
Do not use the toilet here because you will be disappointed

I would absolutely give zero stars if that were an option. Two days ago got a mushroom and Swiss burger with no meat! Today had to wait 25 minutes with absolutely no one in line out in the parking lot I guess they move you forward so you don’t show on their system that they made you wait 20+ minutes and then they come out with my order completely wrong no drink and once again no burger! Y’all need to do better! Your staff is evidently underpaid and treated poorly because they don’t give a flip about customer service

Terribly slow service and food was not edible. 05/21/2022 at 3:28pm was this visit. We ordered 1 big ham and cheese with large fries, large tea, and 1 mushroom Swiss burger. First, we were asked to pull up, obviously to get off their timer because we waited at least 10 minutes for our food. My husband was about to go ask for a refund when she finally came out with our food. Second, the bread on the ham and cheese was wet and soggy. Like someone dipped it in water. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich and had to throw it out. There were also black specks on a piece of the bun when you open the sandwich. I would have asked for a refund if I would have noticed before we left for Boston. I definitely would not recommend eating at this location.

The Hardee’s In Quitman Ga, has some good food, but just prepare yourself to have to wait at least 25 mins for your food. My son and I was passing through to grab a bite to eat and let’s just say if I didn’t recognize it was just three people in the building trying to work today, I would have went off. The lady at the window was very nice. (Dominique) She made sure everything was hot and ready and she even recognized that the other girl gave me a flat drink and she gave me another drink. If it wasn’t for the longest wait for two burgers, I would have gave this restaurant 5 stars. ♀️

Went at 8:35 pm. Sat in line untill: 9:13. Got part of my order and was then told to pull up to curb and wait on the rest. I finally got order of 3 burgers, 1 chick sand. And 4 reg fries at 9:28. I only had 2 cars ahead of me when I ordered, 1 at window and 1 in front of me. Never again. I should have just left, but I had hungry people waiting.

So we were just passing through and stopped for a snack on 10/16/2021 it was around 2:00 pm only 3 cars in drive thru including me it was taking forever but I was ok with that, when I got to the window a sweet young lady opened it and said sorry for the wait there is just 3 of us here, I told her it’s ok they still had the inside open as well, not only did I still receive awesome service but the food was hot and right!! These girls need to know that they did an awesome job and thank you for showing up and having a smile on your face!!

0! I give it a zero because this place is dead to me!!!!! I wish I could call on God to rain down fire and brimstone to destroy this place off the face of the earth and this is no joke. I been coming here since I was a kid and they served fried chicken. But that’s over now. This has to be the worst restaurant on the face of the earth. Shame on these people. I swear on everything. Never going to even think about this place again. Damned sure will never ever spend a cent here. May never even eat at any Hardee’s in the world after stopping by this place!!!!. Quitman, Ga is The absolute worst Hardee’s I have been in. We could not get waited on. The workers were only concerned with the drive through. Wouldn’t acknowledge people as they came in. 7 people including us left because we couldn’t get wait on. The staff would look at people waiting in line and smirk. They messed up several peoples orders and were rude when they were told about it —when they could get someone to acknowledge them.

Worst fast food experience I have ever had. Ordered $38 order through the drive thru window. After paying for the food we were given our drinks and after about two minutes we were asked to pull up and that our food would be brought out. After another 10 minutes a young lady came out handed us a bag and left. When we checked the bag over half of our order was missing including my children s chicken fingers. Took receipt back inside to let them know and employees were sitting all over the lobby. I told one of the about my missing food and they started arguing over who should have cooked my chicken instead of doing anything about it. To summarize my experience I lost 30 minutes of my life, $38 and got food that was burnt and horrible. Avoid this Hardee’s at all costs horribly run no management.
