You need to get rid of the two women working there at 6:10 pm on 12/3. They clearly don’t like the job and are taking it out on the customers. I was greeted at the drive thru with a “what do you want?” After I told her I got a “okay then pull around” the amount of attitude I received for just wanting some food is disgusting. Needless to say I will not be coming back.

What an amazing group of people. Super friendly. They work together as a team. Someone was taking orders as another person was making and bagging them. You were basically handed your change and your order at the same time. The food was hot, fresh and just absolutely delicious. An amazing example of team work. Great job!

Thankfully they let you get unlimited refills, because it that new frisco burger was one of the dryess burgers I’ve ever had! I had a double and my wife had the single and both of them were dry! And the tables in the dining area needed to be wiped off, we and to move to several different ones until we found a clean one!

I ordered a double bacon egg and cheese biscuit and this location gave me a biscuit with bacon. $9 for just a biscuit and bacon.
In addition, the individual at the window didn’t greet or say anything to me.
When I called I was told that I could return they could fix the order and I could pay the difference. THEY made the mistake, why should I pay? Not happening.
I don’t like Burger King but I much rather go there than EVER return to this Hardee’s.
DO NOT VISIT THIS HARDEE’S!! I will never go back!!

Food was decent and they got everything correct and in a timely manner. The staff was awesome. The lady at the register seemed like she may have been new. Hasn’t memorized the menu yet, but we got everything we ordered. If I lived in the area, I’d come back.

Like most fast food places. The employees do the bare minimum. No one is beating the door down to work here. 8 employees on shift, 3 diners, and no one can clean the tables off. When I walked in, I felt like I was a burden to the employees. That’s never a good sign.

I must say this has to be the worst Hardee’s in the country. I made an online order of a double Frisco burger with no mayo and no bacon. The order was to be ready at 2:16 pm. I arrive at 2:20 and they have t even put in my order and there was no line in drive thru or anyone inside the store. I asked about my order and the worker gave me a look that wasn’t pleasant. They said my order would be out shortly. I confirmed with them regarding no bacon and no mayo and they said they would make sure. 20 mins later I finally received my food and left. About 10 mins down the road I open the bag and pull out my food and it has bacon and mayo on it. An excessive amount of both. I had to discard the sand who as I was too far down the road to turn around as I was traveling and don’t live there. I’d like a full refund and I would recommend others not to visit this Hardee’s

The employees were having such a good time today – laughing and carrying on…too bad the service and burgers weren’t up to their normal standards. We didn’t get what we ordered, staff argued when we pointed out one of the burgers was supposed to be a double (correct on receipt), wrappers were greasy on the OUTSIDE as well as the inside, buns were moist and falling apart. When this was pointed out to staff, they laughed. What was meant to be a trip to have a terrific burger, turned out to be a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
