Mostly this Hardees was good. But we stood at the register for a while before someone came and waited on us. But employees were nice. Food was good, as expected. Everything was fresh and hot. Floors were kind of sticky, like the water wasn’t fresh when they mopped, same with the tables, looked like they were cleaned with a not so clean towel. So we wet some paper towels and cleaned ours. Bathrooms were clean. But I still give pretty good marks because it is a busy store, right off the interstate.

So I haven’t had Hardee’s in a long time. I was headed to a friend’s to watch the game. Decided I would give the chicken tenders a try. Ordered the 15 pc tenders to share for the four of us. We all loved them. Used the app to order, they were hot and fresh. Thank you for some delicious food.

Came for breakfast, ordered a super bacon biscuit for myself, & my mom ordered a strawberry shake. The biscuit was fresh and good portioning of bacon. My mom loved her shake. The bathroom & restaurant itself was nice and clean. My cashier Dana and the assistant manager Ayanna were extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service. Definitely will come back when I’m in the Byron area.

I went through the drive-thru for convenience. My order was wrong. I went inside to get the correct order and received cold food. Not only that, the workers are arguing with each other. Highly unprofessional!

I love me some country ham Biscuit from Hardee’s & had to get my fix as I traveled south to see my Dad.
I went inside to get a feel of the vibes. (I’m not real big on drive thru)
Upon walking in, I noticed the yard decor of birds & butterflies (nice touch).
Inside still has the warm feeling of Easter. (another nice feel)
I asked if there were any specials (being a “senior”) & the cashier (Cotanya) mentioned the coffee, but I had su in the car.
I ordered 2 biscuits & was in my way !

Idk if these are fake accounts making these posts but the absolute worst service and food cold and fresh fries together what is that burger patties that was cooked earlier that morning food was poorly handled and put together no mayo the staff was rude lady was standing there talking instead of taking my card I won’t be back and don’t recommend as long as the owner is not active in the management of this fast food chain what an absolute disappointment get it together!!!!!!!

Great location. The ability to get into the location. I did a mobile order but when I saw it was clean inside decided to enjoy my sandwich. The onions, tomatoes and pickles was totally fresh. Great experience.
