Anytime I want Hardee’s I will drive from Fort Payne because this location nails it every time. The food is always hot and fresh and no matter how busy it is the wait is never more than a few minutes. The employees are friendly and the dining room and restrooms are always clean.

Have ordered here quite a bit and got charged for the first time at the last visit 1.09 for a slice of cheese for my egg bisquit. I get paying extra for something like that, but 1.09? Seems a bit high. When I asked about the charge they guy was super rude about it. Most of the other staff I’ve dealt with have been nice. That guy needs to not work the window.

They were just on top of it this morning being super busy and still got my order 100% correct & everything was put together nicely instead of just tossed in. Lady at the window was also very friendly which always is the start to a good day. Good job guys!!

Very much enjoyed the food. It’s always good to do your food is prepared correctly. The team was good together. Just let your younger window person know she shouldn’t roll her eyes at the customers.
