The Hardee’s on McFarland has been constantly doing a good job. The staff is always friendly, and working with a sense of urgency. The store is clean every time I visit and my order is always correct. It is fast food so I don’t visit as often as I would like, but whenever I can Hardee’s on McFarland is where I stop.

On 10/06/25 I went to the Hardee’s in Rossville, Ga for a snack for my dog. I didn’t know that “just a regular cheeseburger meant the ones that cost 5.28. The Drive thru lady was as rude could be upon me questioning the cost for what I wanted. With her Absurd attitude I told her she could keep her food and drove off. So, I Went to McDonald’s no issue, told them what I wanted and paid 2.28 with a smile from the Lady at the window!
I understand how fast food works because I was an Asst. Mgr at TacoBell for years and working drive thru is the hardest job in that field. I didn’t even want to do myself so when I go thru one I am as nice as can be due to the stresses from customers and just the job itself!!! Still not an excuse for her action.
Plus, it was 12:40 and after breakfast so everybody knows that your dead and work is Very slow, so there no need for such an experience like today.
Mgrs need to put the BEST in that spot!!!! I tried calling the store and no one answered. Have a good day!

I’ve lived near this Hardee’s for 17 years and I can’t begin to tell you how disappointed I am; I always get let down. This time my meats were undercooked and my wife’s food was missing. I waited outside over 20 mins after waiting in line 15 mins and I even ordered online a had to wait that time (naturally). Mrs Sharon ran back in from her break to get my food made fresh and brought out; that’s the only reason for the second star. Without Mrs Sharon you would need to close this location! Lack of preparation; lack of quality, lack of care. I just didn’t have any more time to wait on a $4 missing from my meal but rest assured after 17 years I’m beyond over it! #ButThemBiscuitsTho

You have one person working on making the food. Two guys mad cause they don’t want to be there. Ordered two breakfast wraps and they chopped the tortillas in half for some reason?? The bag was full of gravy wrapper has gravy all over the dang thing. Workers standing smoking outside with 15+ cars outside. If you don’t like your job find a different one. I wouldn’t even call this thing a wrap it’s just sitting on half of a tortilla. This Hardee’s has went down hill they used to be on top of there game.

Some of the staff are very rude. It’s very uncalled for to get your food shoved in your face and then slam the window shut, and then when you ask for no ice they still give you ice. The only good thing is the food is decent.

Worst experience ever for a Hardee’s. Took 40 minutes to get 4 biscuits at 10:20 on a Sunday. The counter girl was argumentative with most of the customers and the entire staff seemed confused and no real leader emerged to take control of the chaos.

The pros: appeared clean and the food was pretty good by Hardee’s standards
The cons: Gerald gonna yell at you for existing lol. We finally get to the speaker and I hear “can o take your order?!” Less than 3 seconds later (i literally looked at my daughter and said “number 7?” And as I saod seven I hear “YOUR ORDER?!” My daughter jumped but I laughed bc this attitude doesn’t bother me. We waited over 20 minutes being the 3rd or 4th car. It was insanely slow just to get to the window and realize it was more hurry up and wait…and you were going to get hollared at again lol. It was $27 for two combos which is a little much but Hardee’s just is.
Would I return? If I wanted Hardee’s, yes. The location worked for our of towners who will be in the area fairly frequently (several times a month). I found the traffic to be good and navigation to be easy. We were looking for a drive thru and we found it. The next road could have had a lot (i DON’T know) but that was the first one we found in a bit of driving and it worked. The restaurant seemed very clean. All I saw was the parking lot but, those are usually rough and this was spotless. The food, again, was pretty good by Hardee’s standards. Would I dine in? Absolutely not I don’t care about poor service in a drive thru, you can be having a hard day, that’s fine I’ll be on my way soon enough and out of your hair but I wouldn’t want it in person with my kids asking what the heck we did. I do think they may have been fairly understaffed. I could be wrong but I only saw 2 people and that’s hard if you’ve ever worked fast food because rushes come and go.
