It was just after 4 pm – a very late lunch. Perhaps that’s why they seemed to only 2 employees working, one who definitely deserves a bonus for working the counter and the window, taking and filling the orders, while the other prepared the food. Maybe there were more customers than anticipated. Unfortunately, I had to wait 15-20 minutes for my food. I do love that they have a $5 meal (that’s why I went there today), however, their chicken fingers are not great. I have had better experiences at this restaurant, but today’s was not one of them.

If I could rate this location I would give it a 0. Usually when I come the people are DECENT, but this time I came at 10:30 unaware I could not order a small side of fries, I asked for them and a biscuit and the lady ( Felicia ) proceeded with my total and I drove up paid and left. I parked close to check my food and received hash browns and it was on my receipt as well. I went back and politely told them I wanted fries instead and the lady at the window cut me off and rudely said lunch is at 11 we don’t have fries right now. I would’ve asked for a refund right then because no one told me while I was ordering they don’t serve fries before 11 but I decided to leave this review instead. Everyone has bad days but it doesn’t give you the right to be rude to others.

Food quality is fine, but the service is insanely slow. I’ve been here multiple times for breakfast and have had to wait about 30 minutes to get in and out on more than one occasion. Both times I’ve gone was on a Sunday and they seem to be severely understaffed. On a busy day where they probably get a huge pre-church breakfast rush, they should have more staffing to help support the demand. Additionally, watching the workers in the kitchen, they were not hustling at all to get the food out quickly.

I stopped at Hardee’s on Sunday August 1st coming home. I received the kids cheeseburger meal. I was actually impressed that the fries were very hot and tasted excellent and my burger was very good as well. Very great service and I appreciate it.

Got there 6 minutes before they closed based on the hours here. We saw a car already receiving food in the drive thru and waited at the drive through intercom. No one welcomed us or even was there to take our order. We were going to drive about 30 minutes to Homer and took a detour there to grab some drinks only. Waited two minutes and drove up to the window to see if anyone was there – no one in sight. Called as well and no one picked up the phone. As soon as I ended the call, saw a team member walk up and ignored us. He wasn’t wearing a mask at all. Will probably never come back to this location due to the lack of communication. Could of stated that they were closed instead having us wait until close making it too late to order. Didn’t want myself as a customer to inconvenience them any longer and decided to leave.

Honestly, i was a little upset at first because my burger had no cheese. i went back up to the door and they let me in to fix it immediately! there were only two people in there and the young man walked out saying he quit leaving a nice young lady all by herself. i didn’t get her name but she’s doing amazing! she needs a raise!!! even after the guy walked out, she still remade my burger and is still taking orders !!!

Staff was rude, would not repeat my order and when I arrived at the pickup window the young man had to take back my order 3 times before they got it right.
They would not offer me a receipt, and when I asked for one he seemed ‘put upon’ by it.
After exiting the drive through, I checked my order and it was cold.
When I reported this to the staff he got combative, taking the bag of food and throwing it against the wall, at his work station.
The ineffective management is a direct reflection in the poor quality of staff they select to hire and a clear lack of training and development due to poor customer service skills.
The physical location is very dirty with thick layers of dirt and grease on their equipment and prep areas, I’m not entirely sure how this facility passes their environmental health inspections.

Inside was closed again. I got there at 10:15 for breakfast the line was about 11 cars deep. I am 4 cars away at 10:38. I heard the drive thru guys voice telling the customer they are out of sausage, biscuits and gravy.

Busy little burger joint just off the bypass in Jefferson. Place seems understaffed, but folks there are getting the work done. One woman working there, Felicia, always has a smile and something nice to say. Worth stopping by for lunch during the week.

Soda was flat. Fries are trash. Attitude from workers was bigger trash. Chicken sandwich and burger was mediocre at best. All not very warm. Top 5 biggest waste of money. Wouldn’t recommend.
