The food is always good and the customer service is great… But what is completely unacceptable is the understaffing issues. I went today and had to wait 10 minutes just to get my order taken, because there were only two people working in the entire store. One cooking, and one taking orders. I wound up spending about half an hour waiting on FAST FOOD. I reiterate – This is not the fault of the employees working. They were great, and super nice. This is a management problem that needs to be addressed. It wasn’t like this was a one time thing. This is the third time in a row I’ve been there and my wait time has been 30 minutes or more due to understaffing.

Workers were friendly, it was clean & the food was hot and really good! Been a long time since I have had anything other than a breakfast biscuit at Hardee’s or been into one as our last experience wasn’t so nice. This one was very good! Would go back next time in the area.

The guy was super nice, but the food was HORRIBLE! The burgers looked (and tasted) like they were made a week prior. It only took us 10 minutes to drive back to our house, and burgers should not go soggy within that small amount of time. The cheese was disintegrated, and the meat looked and smelled putrid. Needless to say we couldn’t eat the food.

The food at this Hardee’s was awful. Which is unusual as they generally have a good breakfast. The servers were not at all friendly, close to hostile for reasons we cannot figure out. We didn’t complain at the slow service or about the bad food. We weren’t local as far as they knew, so maybe that was it? Sad to see this in my hometown if this was the reason for the hostility

This Hardee’s treated me and my son extra special because we had to wait a few minutes for our food. The lady that took our drive thru order was VERY nice and good with people. Hardee’s should give her a big raise!

They never cease to amaze me with their biscuits. I always ask for Xtra Xtra butter with my sausage and cheese biscuit and its perfect. The staff there is awesome. They are very friendly and I’ve known Cathy for years and she is a very hard worker. You couldn’t ask for a better crew, but boy that Daniel there, you got to watch him. I’m just kidding. He is the sweetest man I know. One morning I came and got my usual and he knew how much I love my chocolate pudding and he surprised me with 2 packs just for me. I’d like to say they are my friends and they definitely need a BIG raise. They are short staffed BAD but yet they all work very hard with a smile on their faces even though there are days they probably don’t want to smile or be friendly, they still are. I love the staff there oh yea and the chicken strips there are the best ever. Way better than zaxbys. Anyway, I wanted to leave a positive review of the truth and hope these employees there get a big raise for as hard as they work they definitely deserve it

The last few times I’ve went I received cold hash browns. The gravy is hit and miss. The last time I got it, it was amazing..the few times before that it was very flour-y(it that a word, lol) and thick- just not very good. Staff is always friendly.

Food was not fresh for the 5 minute we waited in the drivethru. At one point the window employee had to call Randy to come into the building from his truck to unlock the register. I can only assume this was the shift leader/manager, who promptly began bagging our food without washing his hands. I regrettably had to return because we did not receive our fries. Would warn any and all visitors to Hiawasse to avoid this location for your own health and safety.

I specifically asked 3 times for my 2 biscuit and gravy to have butter on it. Even told the girl a fourth time as she turned to bag stuff. It did not come off that way. Upon realizing it, my wife took one back to the counter and was told they couldn’t fix it. You could’ve made a new one!

Terrible, terrible service. Waited so long to place order that I finally gave up and went inside. Altogether it was over 30 minutes for 2 hamburgers and one order of fries. When I got the food the fries were cold and the hamburgers had so much mayonnaise they slid apart. Totally inedible as a sandwich. Won’t go back.
